Excellent location, property, and staff

This is a gem, close to Belém and the sea. This is a resort with amazing pool and garden. The apartment is 100%, withe two rooms, immaculate. Has a good kitchen and the bathroom is spotless and vey spacious and a very reasonable price. My place from now on. Thanks to great staff at reception and restaurants. Wow.

Room very dirty with mold in bathroom tub/shower, very loud upstairs was moving furniture all night. I got no sleep and will not be back.

Great experience!!

This is a well appointed resort hotel. Service was excellent. We swam in both the indoor and outdoor pools. The river/ocean view was superb. We were west of Lisbon, but short Uber ride in. Also close to Sintra, a smaller town with beautiful historic sites, restaurants and gardens, which we actually preferred to Lisbon, but we still enjoyed a day tour there. We’d stay at the property again, as it exceeded our expectations.

Property is clean and well kept. Gorgeous pool and amenities. Staff was helpful and friendly. Only note: its about 30 minutes out of the City centre.

We stayed at MS Aparthotel for 5 days and were very impressed with the spaciousness of the apartments. While some of the furniture shows a bit of wear, the cleanliness more than makes up for it and ensures a very comfortable stay. We booked a large number of rooms for our wedding guests, and everyone was delighted with the upgrades they received. The extra space made getting ready for the big day a breeze, and it was clear our guests appreciated the thoughtful touches. The grounds are beautifully maintained, providing a lovely backdrop for our outdoor wedding events. We were fortunate to have perfect weather, which made the experience even more memorable. The staff were exceptionally friendly, especially the reception team, who went out of their way to meet our needs. A special thank you to Rafaella and her team for organising our pre-wedding celebration and lunch, which was enjoyed by everyone. Overall, our 5-day stay at MS Aparthotel was a fantastic choice for our celebration

The pool was nice and clean. Not very warm but definitely could swim in it. The rooms were nicely appointed and very clean. Front desk staff were fabulous as they were very helpful. We didn’t want to stay in Lisbon Centre as we wanted easy and free parking and a quiet area which is exactly what MS Aparthotel was. Kitchen was perfect and so was our view of the pool and river. The hotel does need to repair the wood exterior though.

Awesome value for my ney. Big room too

Had a really pleasant stay, the pools were fantastic, especially the outdoor area. I would have loved to have a drink at the outdoor/in pool bar, but being very late summer it was mainly closed. The free car parking and electric charging was a bonus! Although the tight corners in the underground car park was a challenge, especially when in a rental.

Over all good stay. Dated, some elements of the room in disrepair (broken cupboard doors, etc), but it seems they’re renovating. Food was decent but overpriced for what you got. The free indoor parking was a nice touch, and the kitchenette in the room was perfect with a baby.

Our hotel room was very clean. The staff was courteous and helpful. The view from the balcony was absolutely beautiful!! Our room has me a wraparound balcony so the view of the ocean could be seen by every room. It was so nice to wake up each morning and take in that amazing view.

Location is great, easy access, big parking, we received a free upgrade. Great service. Large room and private balcony. Clean. Nice kitchen, we will come back

Property is equiped with everything you need for your stay. Taxi services are overall affordable, especially if travel with larger groups. If using Bolt, when inputting the hotel name, it returns location of the parking at the side, so need to manually adjust the pin.

Great experience just what l needed!

The room size is massive compared to others we have been in Europe. The location is great as we have a rental car and the free underground parking is perfect.
