Overall good stay but I didn't like the fact that room 122 was right next to the lobby and elevators. Once inside I could hear all the outside noise and conversations from the lobby. I asked the receptionist to change rooms but they told me they were fully booked.

The breakfast was wonderful-yougart, Mexican style eggs, beans, ham , cheese, tropical fruit, etc. The kitchen girls and one of the doormen were always friendly. The beds are rock hard, the room is tiny, no refrigerator or safe or coffee maker. One chair -clear but feels bare bones. Luke warm, low pressure water. The location was good and most of the time it was quiet although one night some knocked on our door at 03:00 another night there was a larggg

Muy bien ubicado y el estacionamiento es genial, la atención del personal magnífica sin embargo el aire acondicionado ya es bastante viejo y hace mucho ruido, el Desayuno es Horrible y Espantoso, regalado se me hace caro!!!

Staff was very respectful and approachable. Clean place well kept. The room was clean and quiet. Will definitely come back

Very nice hotel.

El restaurante está estrecho aunque el buffet está bueno; deberían de orientar mejor el área donde ponen el café y no junto a donde se sirve la comida ya que retrasa el flujo de personas que esperan para servirse los alimentos.

Everyone was helpful and the hotel is beautiful and clean, plus it is in a convenient location

Excellent staff and property in good condition

This is a very loud hotel because it was inexpensively constructed. Noise from the street was loud all night because of thin windows. The person above us could be heard walking til late because there is no insulation. The fan on the AC unit was also loud. Even though the price was good, I would not say here again.

Nice

We stayed for 4 nights to visit family and friends and we loved the hotel. Very well located, very central without having to be in the middle of the city center. We had really nice views. The staff was very friendly and the rooms really clean and comfy. The breakfast was great and the van service was a great plus!!

No on-site dining however several nice restaurants right outside down the street and across the street. Did have a nice breakfast setup. Area very close to the sites in downtown Puebla. Can walk to downtown in about 15 min.
