Muy descuidado el hotel, el aire muy viejo y demasiado ruidoso. Se escucha todo el cuarto de arriba con demasiado ruido!

Very nice hotel.

El restaurante está estrecho aunque el buffet está bueno; deberían de orientar mejor el área donde ponen el café y no junto a donde se sirve la comida ya que retrasa el flujo de personas que esperan para servirse los alimentos.

Everyone was helpful and the hotel is beautiful and clean, plus it is in a convenient location

Excellent staff and property in good condition

This is a very loud hotel because it was inexpensively constructed. Noise from the street was loud all night because of thin windows. The person above us could be heard walking til late because there is no insulation. The fan on the AC unit was also loud. Even though the price was good, I would not say here again.

Nice

We stayed for 4 nights to visit family and friends and we loved the hotel. Very well located, very central without having to be in the middle of the city center. We had really nice views. The staff was very friendly and the rooms really clean and comfy. The breakfast was great and the van service was a great plus!!

No on-site dining however several nice restaurants right outside down the street and across the street. Did have a nice breakfast setup. Area very close to the sites in downtown Puebla. Can walk to downtown in about 15 min.

Overall nice place to stay.

The hotel is nice al well kept however we got our rooms on the dirt floor, close to the lobby. There was noise all the time. In the morning we could hear the staff cleaning the floor of the patio behind our room, with their mops and buckets. We could also hear the beeping of the machines in the gym since 5:30 am.
