Clean room, comfy bed, friendly staff. Breakfast and parking are included. Location is close to the mall.

We booked for a weekend trip and it was a great choice. Right next to shopping and food. 15 mins from downtown and the hotel was nice.

Poor management

This hotel was conveniently located next to a shopping mall and a couple of nice restaurants and even a bowling alley! While the bathroom was renovated and clean, it was done in a sloppy manner. The mattress and bedding was super comfortable, but the pillows were too poofy and not great for necks. The breakfast was delightful, and after a reminder to staff, the shuttle left about 10 minutes late. This hotel was just okay for the price.

The lady that did the breakfast stuff was the nicest lady ever. She made the start of our morning great. She needs a raise.

We appreciated how clean and comfortable the place was, the lovely breakfast and coffee, the availability of carts for our luggage, the easy access from the highway.

The place was clean but the beds were not soft. Don’t get me wrong they weren’t terrible just stiff. Staff was great 😊

Bathrooms and beds were great

The room was very humid even with the AC founctionning.

The overall experience was positive; however, there were no towel racks in the bathroom, and the gentleman receptionist was the unfriendliest person I have met at a hotel. No welcome and no smiles. I rather felt for him to look so miserable.

The staff was very kind and considerate at every turn. The room was exceptionally clean and the maid we met in the hall was smiling and loving her job.

Was very good, ac rattled a bit but it still did its job

Nice place to stop over for a night or two. Very reasonably priced and very clean. I recommend they find their friendly customer face. Night check was a rather ambivalent reception. Morning check out was fine. Continental breakfast was fine, but stay away from the highly processed egg disks. Recommend hard boiled eggs if you can't make it fresh. Put my door sign out the morning of my first day to swap out some towels. No one showed up so had to call talk to the grumpy night attendant who then sent another grumpy guy to deliver them

Everything about our stay was really nice except for one thing...the air conditioning unit in our room was very loud. At least it seemed much louder than those of other hotels. Otherwise, the property was really nice, the room was clean and orderly, and it was a nice stay for 3 nights.
