Parking was easy, great location, room was clean, and friendly staff.

It was close to everything we wanted to see

You’re treated and greeted by staff as if you’re welcomed and they are happy to see and serve you. Asking around , we discovered that this franchise is owned and operated by an old and highly respected local family in the hospitality business who still own others as well. It shows!

Love it here every time we stay. Clean, comfortable and great location away from a busy downtown area.

The best hotel in Middletown

We stayed during the high season and were impressed by the services.

The Wyndham Newport Hotel exceeded all our expectations!! It was a beautiful hotel. The staff were all very pleasant and helpful. The restaurant, Johnny's, in the hotel was excellent. We also really enjoyed the salt water indoor pool. The free hourly shuttle into and back to downtown Newport was extremely helpful for us being that parking is very limited and traffic can be very bad at times.The drivers, Mike and Billy gave us a lot of valuable information we used during our stay.

Should have a breakfast bar for early risers!! Coffee Machine in rooms are bad!! and not very fresh Views in rooms should have been better that was a poor design! with water so near!

Always try to stay here when visiting.

Hotel was very inviting, clean, appealing and functional. Staff very attentive and informative. In house Shuttle was convenient. Only Con, Breakfast not included with booking like other Brands...

Docked one star due to lack of espresso machine in their restaurant. Drip coffee is not coffee. Pls get an espresso machine. Otherwise, this hotel has the best staff, nice sized super clean rooms, comfy beds pillows and has zero musty smells in public areas. Kudos to their housekeeping!

Very clean and a very friendly staff

Great location and conveniently located, staff were welcoming. Rooms were great, however, biggest downfall is the cost of the rooms for hearing literally EVERYTHING surrounding rooms and conversations/people walking down the halls.

Bar staff and nightly entertainment was great

Convenient location, offer shuttle to Newport. Clean comfortable and large rooms. Pool was warm and inviting. Gym was clean and plenty of equipment for a hotel. Jazz band from restaurant serenaded us as we checked in.

We were there for two days over lapping one day with my daughter and her family we were put into side by side rooms a great time was had by all
