Hotel Roma is a grand old hotel. The thermal pools and spa staff were excellent. The hotel offers full board/half board - did offer choice on daily menus. Shopping near by the hotel. Parking in back. It is a bit dated but part of its 1920's charm. Pillows could be replaced (too flat) and gluten free diet mostly accommodated but an offer of bread/crackers would be appreciated.

booked a specific room TWIN , initially put us in a double ,, relocated to twin , much smaller than we had booked and paid for ,, they said it was for one night only ..ha ha , 4 nights same room ,, only difference between that and double bed is that beds were 6 ins apart max !

Great location wonderful helpful staff breakfast was all that you needed. Pools were beautiful. Recommend to anyone.

This is an older hotel but nicely refurbished. The breakfast was good with crepes and omelettes made to order. Most of the guests when we were here in early April were German-speaking senior citizens coming to "take the cure." Staff were great, although they are more fluent in German than in English, but you can get by in English. This area caters to people taking the hot baths that contain the hot water that naturally flows under the city, which is said to have healing qualities. This hotel has two great swimming pools full of hot spring water (not too hot, just right for me), one is an indoor pool and the other is an outdoor pool. You can swim from one pool to the other through a little channel. We mainly stayed here for an inexpensive base to drive to Venice, but the stay here was in itself a pleasant experience.

We had a two day stay, spent a lots of time in the thermal pools under the moon lit sky. Great breakfast buffet included in the price of the room. Hotel is very close to bus stop to Padova

Smart and clean hotel offering spacious rooms and good spa and pool facilities. Good location close to the centre of spa town. As elsewhere in Italy, swimming hats required in pools.

Was missled to think the Hotel is next to Padova. Not even close. It is a good 30 minutes drive from city center. Hotel staff was not able to assist on any issue, and the overall experience was pretty poor.

Stilvolles und luxoriöses Hotel in zentraler Lage in Abano Terme. Das Restaurant bietet eine große Auswahl der regionalen Küche. Vom Dachpool hat man einen einmaligen Ausblick auf die Colli Euganei.

Dette ophold har været et mareridt. Uprofessionel og et hotel der ikke er 4 stjerner værd! De bruger gamle madrasser som underlag under nye madrasser med gammelt ulækkert sved/fugt. Ingen aircondition, de bruger gammel kølersystem som har INGEN effekt har. Revner i fliser på badeværelset. Spindelvæv i lofter. Vi klagede og fik et nyt værelse. Men madrasserne var stadig beskidte. Morgenmaden er det samme hver dag og kedelig udvalg. Man får ingen hej af hverken receptionen eller tjenere. Arrogante og ligeglade. De er ikke varme og gæstfrie. Træner/livredder ved pool, var overvågende på en ubehagelig måde. Ingen smil eller service ved pool af personale. Vi havde reserveret bord til aftensmaden, men maden var uden smag og dårlig. Pastaen var ikke kogt nok. Vi klagede og de kom tilbage med ny, men stadig ikke 100% ordentlig kogt. Min mand havde bestilt en olie massage. Han fik en ældre dame som ikke kommunikerede under hele forløbet og massagen var elendig og kunne ikke mærkes/ingen tryk. Dette hotel er åbenbart kun egnet/indrettet for pensionister. Det er ikke børnevenlig eller henvender sig til yngre mennesker. Personalet var ikke vant til at snakke engelsk, da de stort set kun havde italienske og tyske gæster. Selve byen har ikke meget at byde på. Her skal du lede efter en ordentlig restaurant.

Siamo stati solo una notte perché a Padova per un concerto ma abbiamo comunque provato le piscine termali e la spa , davvero molto belle, inoltre la colazione davvero ottima e varia tra dolce e salato. Consigliatissimo

La struttura è piccola ma pulita accogliente e ha accontentato tutte le aspettative, il sito Expedia ha creato malintesi comunicando in un secondo tempo la richiesta di mezza pensione, da perfezionare

Hotel si vede che non e di costruzione recente, occorre fare dei lavori per renderlo piu'attrattivo

Ottimo soggiorno in hotel storico e prestigioso di Abano. Vi ho soggiornato parecchie volte e in confronto ad altri 4 stelle nettamente superiore in tutto.

Abbiamo pernottato una sola notte, con il nostro cagnolino di piccola taglia. Il fatto che questo hotel sia pet friendly è sicuramente un plus. Camera davvero molto spaziosa e pulita. La cena a livello di qualità e di varietà delle pietanze la considero al pari delle atte strutture di Abano. Un menu nella media, pensato principalmente per i turisti e adattato sicuramente ai loro palati. La prima colazione a buffet è molto ricca sia di pietanze salate che dolci. A richiesta hanno varie opzioni gluten e lactose Free. La zona spa invece non ci ha entusiasmato più di tanto. Paragonata ad altri hotel della zona l’abbiamo trovata piuttosto piccolina e vecchiotta, unica nota dolente di questo bellissimo hotel a 4 stelle. Personale gentile e sorridente.
