All I can say is that each time we've been here, it has been wonderful..although..rooms could use an update..and more smoking areas provided..

Property- Nice property, although no nightlife onsite. Service- Staff was very welcoming and kind, except housekeeper Yoselin who gave us attitude and suggested we waited 4 hours for room towel replacement. A kind housekeeper in the lower level provided us with towels. Room- Wi-Fi issues, TV channels were not visible, toilet was clogged, patio door did not lock (unsafe for toddlers).

No clothes iron, single outlet in room, no wash cloth.

The staff and service were excellent and very accommodating. We had a great time celebrating our Family Reunion.

It was very clean. Very attentive service. Not loud or bothersome. Very comfortable.

There were mosquito in the room a leak from the second floor bathroom that 2 maintenance supervisor were supposed to take care of it and never did

I liked the friendly enviroment what I did not like was a discrepancies on my reservation selected one room 2 adult and 2 children 6&9 years Old and they have 2 babies them had to pay.

Stayed there with my family and the kids, check in experience was terrible, we were not greeted at all, just stood there for like 15 to 20 minutes in a very hot day. We had our 3(three) month year daughter with us and was getting very uncomfortable. All the front desk staff acted like we were ghosts. We greeted them saying “hello” multiple times. Wanted a king room, instead got two double. Anthony was nice enough to move us to a King size bedroom. Please note thing what you see online is not what you get. Pictures online are not what you will get. So do your research. Night staff at the front desk terrible too, very rude. I have stayed at other resorts around the area and thought let’s try a new resort experience - well this one didn’t go well at all. Then our bathroom was leaking water from the ceiling. Notify the front desk, they managed to stop the leak, never cleaned the floating water in the bathroom by the toilet area. Facility is pretty out dated, could use some love for sure. Very hard to get towels, so please hold down to yours. Fridge in the room are very out dated, takes a very very very long time to cool. So if you need something to cool off fast, I would suggest bring your own cooler for back up. I more thing - make sure they give you the right bracelet’s - certain bracelets are like a vip service. Front gave us the WRONG once’s. Now let’s move to the rest of the staff, amazing in the dining area from cooks to service and around the resort.

All the areas were clean, the staffs were very friendly, excellent service. The food was good, the staffs at the buffet were very attentive, the service at the pool bar was excellent, pool very clean. The only thing I think that need to be upgraded are the bathrooms in the rooms. I hope that the resort will maintains like that

One thing needed is a walk between the two housing units so you don't have to walk on the street or parking lot. TV channels were not able to be viewed. Refrigerator needed updated and took too long to get cold.

The staff was so friendly. Especially during breakfast and dinner times. This one gentleman was able to get me my morir soñando two days in a row! Gracias!
