Close to the center.

The room was clean and staff were very helpful. I anticipated better shampoo and at least body wash in the bathroom but just one low quality shampoo (which assumed to be shampoo-conditioner and body wash!), which was very small too. The breakfast was good and the waffle was great. Just keep making it better and more diverse.

The beds feel like you are sleeping on a board and the sheets and towels feel like sandpaper but breakfast is good and hotel is in great location so it will do if you are staying 1-2 nights

Room was good. There is no pool or gym at the hotel but they do include breakfast buffet. Breakfast was good. Overall it was fine

The room was clean, the staff were friendly and the breakfast was EXCELLENT with a wide variety of options. It’s also walkable to the dock/Fisherman’s Wharf/downtown. Will definitely stay here again next time we visit.

Staff was very helpful. Our room was clean. Continental breakfast was good. Serving both hot and cold options. Great proximity to the downtown core. The only negative is that you are required to pay $20.00 for parking per night.

Rooms are large, up to date and well maintained. Slept well. Close to the harbour. Good breakfast with variety, hot and cold items and something for everyone.

The staff were friendly and helpful. We were able to get into our room early, which was a wonderful surprise. The rooms and property were very clean. It is a great location. Easy walking to the harbor and downtown. We were very happy with our stay and will recommend to our friends and family.

Hotel is in a great location in Victoria and even perfect for us limited walkers. Breakfast was amazing and there is something for everyone...big eaters or pickey eaters. Not our first time staying there and probably not our last.

Room is clean and very new. Breakfast is excellent. Water pressure of the shower could be better, feel a bit weak. Pillow a bit too high for my preference. It will be good if body lotion is provided. Overall very good experience.
