Clean room and polite staff.

Really enjoyed my stay here. The location was great, the rooms were clean and the breakfast was filling. I would definitely stay here again.

It was amazing to stay here with helpful staff and nice breakfast full of variety and well prepared . One feedback is if there is a water fountain or water bottles supplied will be a great help.

Room is clean and well maintained. Staff is welcoming and courteous. Breakfast buffet included in the room rate is a bonus. It has the essential hot and cold breakfast staples to get us started for the day.

Staff were very friendly. The rooms were clean and the staff were always seen cleaning. Hot breakfast in the morning was a plus. I would stay again without hesitation. A real spectacular central location to walk downtown, walk the perimeter of James Bay, or to explore Beacon Hill, the Museum or the Parliament Buildings.

Rooms very clean. Breakfast was absolutely amazing!

There was a power outage the day we were leaving. No phone to lobby. Both of us 80 years old. No elevator, had to carry luggage 3 stories down. No one offered to help us. No breakfast. I think in these circumstances they should have a least waived our parking fee.

We lost power the first night. Breakfast didn’t happen and no coffee or tea. I get it was an outage but hotel staff were irritated and not very friendly. When asking for a cab or extra blanket desk staff seemed inconvenienced. Just didn’t seem to want to make guests feel welcome or accommodated with unfortunate circumstances

This is our second stay at the hotel. It is still as clean as the first time we stayed in 2019. The hot breakfast was great! Staff are courteous and friendly. They are in the middle of some renovations but only do it when guests are awake. Wished the parking was free though! It is a daily fee of $20.

We were informed that renovations were underway so we could expect noise between 9am and 4pm.. Unfortunately workers arrive and get their days work started earlier, generally before 8am, so dont expect to sleep in!! Then we had the pleasure of listening to someones dog start barking when their inconsiderate owners left it in the room!!

This is our usual place to stay when in Victoria We’ve been staying here for over 10 years. Great location, easy parking, breakfast included, walk to everything. Clean and comfortable. One housekeeper we met has been working here for 33 years!

It was noted that there were renovations ongoing at the hotel during our stay. They also assured us that work would not begin until 9:00am esch day which would have been acceptable to us. Instead, we were rudely awoken each morning as early as 7:15am by impact drivers, oscillating tools and grinders. I spoke with one of the workers and they said they were scheduled to start work no later than 8:00am each day. So it can be noted that the owners/managers are completely comfortable lying to customers. I would steer completely clear of the Embassy Inn until such time as all the work is completed and even then I would be careful with what is claimed about the hotel by the owners/managers.
