Great location at the base of the city. Everything is in easy walking distance. There is the “hill”, but at the end of the day, it’s downhill to the hotel, Rooms are nice, but no AC.

Hotel was lovely. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Having breakfast delivered was a nice perk.

The room was very clean. The staff were very friendly with a smile. The hotel is very close to cruise port(20 minutes walk-very flat road) you look across the street and you can see the ship. 20 minutes walk to old Quebec. Everything surrounds the hotel is walkable, don’t rent a car. The best part of the hotel is the hand delivered breakfast to your room every morning at 7:00am, very convenient. Thank you!

Great continental breakfast delivered to your room.

Very clean and quiet. Parking lot across the street was convenient. The restaurant was closed due to renovations, but the free lunch bag continental breakfast outside the room in the morning was excellent! The room and bed were very comfortable and had everything we needed for our weekend stay. I’d stay there again!

Breakfast delivered daily and excellent

All-in-all a pleasant stay. However, the only issue we did not understand nor appreciate was that the manager or perhaps the "boss" of the staff knocked on our door despite "do not disturb" sign and said he wanted to make a "small" non-urgent repair. We did not let him in. You would think a non-urgent repair can wait to be done after guests leave, not on the 1st day of their stay.

The hotel is close to the train station and an easy walk to the old town. The continental breakfast delivery to our door each morning was delightful. Staff were very warm and accommodating.

This place is a breath of fresh air. Easy walk from the train station and just close enough to the action to walk, but far enough away to not be stuck in it. Plus 3rd street is close and it’s becoming the centre of cool in this town anyway. The staff are amazing and it actually behaves like a real hotel!!! They service your room everyday, they leave you a breakfast outside your door to enjoy when it suites YOU, they have coffee and other items down in the lobby, umbrellas if it’s raining, robes for the room, real wine, beer, and water glasses, hooks for your coats, etc etc etc. And don’t get me started how quiet and private everything is. The rooms are so charming, quiet, climate controlled but with windows that open out onto the street below if you choose. The technology works flawlessly and the bed is sooooo comfy. This is my home away from home when in Quebec City.

We had a great stay. Hotel room was just as expected based on the photos. Room was very clean. Staff were friendly. The breakfast delivered to our door was a really nice touch! They served delicious croissants and coffee is available in the lobby. The hotel was also in a great location. The city is very walkable so we walked everywhere.

This is an excellent hotel, local to the train station, downtown, and uptown. The staff was wonderful: friendly, kind, and helpful. The breakfast delivered to your room every morning was one of my favorite features. Our only complaint was the construction noise that began at 7 am every day. Once renovations are complete, I would highly recommend this hotel.

The parking was fast and easy and the breakfast was served fresh.
