Hotels not that big. Perfect really. Had a great time with the family, made it feel relaxed and peaceful. Theres just a few things that need improving, we found spiders and ants in my room. We could never quite figure out the lights. The Pool closed 7pm which I felt was a bit early, especially being in the Summer. They also do BBQ nights on Thursday… when we called it was fully booked. We would have loved to have experienced it, so perhaps encouraging guests to reserve in advance would help or cater for more. Towels for some reason are changed up at reception instead of the pool area which I found inconvenient. Overall, these were only minor issues and didn’t take away from what was a lovely family holiday. We’d happily return.

Room was clean and staff were helpful and friendly breakfast was great and they have free parking and rental office

2nd year running we have stayed in this nice hotel for a few days everytime. Hotel is clean, the staff are pleasant, parking is excellent & the pool inviting. This year the breakfast were moved up to the top floor and it made a good start to the day dining up there. Only down side were the pool towels they provided which were small and thin. Provide your own if you can.

For the older generation. Clean, but needs a re vamp

Very friendly staff. Clean and comfortable. There is a shuttle bus from the hotel to city centre. The food is great there. The only thing that I can comment on is that there is no tea nor coffee at the rooms although there is a kettle and there are no supermarkets near the hotel

Great stay close to beach.

Room was clean and comfortable although not much space when the extra bed is in the room, although this did not cause to much of a problem as we didn't spend time in the room. Modern bathroom and food shower. Stayed b&b and breakfast was ok. Milk was never cold for the cereal and the glasses for the fruit juice were always warm. Pool was excellent and always plenty loungers. Food at the pool bar wasn't great for what you paid for it. Hotel is very remote so if you like to have some restaurants and bars within walking distance then this hotel is not for you. Easy taxi ride into old town.

We felt very safe at this property. The staff were wonderful. Coming from America, we were a little shocked at the lack of quality of the beds. But we understand this is not unusual in Europe.

Have stayed here several times and has always been great. Well located, great service, comfortable and clean rooms, great breakfast.

Very clean overall but no tea making facility in the room and no refrigerator. Breakfast was adequate but not spectacular by any means. Despite a large car park I had to park on rough terrain outside on a couple of occasions. To be frank we were a bit disappointed because it was not the experience we had on a previous stay

The pool and all the amenities closed at 7 PM. Absolutely ridiculous

Very relaxing stay

For a four star hotel, They can improve on the provision of very basic in room services. Shocking room service- no iron board, no friedge, poor sanitary products.

Great hotel, great food especially at the pool bar , a bit out in the sticks so not walkable to places but taxis cheap and reliable, lovely helpful staff especially Fanando ! Would definitely stay here again

Nice hotel

Property is beautiful however it's a little too far from the city

Hotel was nice and had a great pool. The staff was terrific! . The bathrooms were outdated and dark, and the beds were hard. Yes the hotel is within walking distance to the beach, but fair warning it’s not close. Especially when you are walking back and it’s uphill and hot.

The cost doest not meet the quality.

Very nice & clean. Nothing to complain. But there is no multi plug facilities. So we need travel adapters for our charging facility. And restaurants & shopping centre little away from the hotel but Uber is not expensive. We loved the environment and the service as well as the food.

Would stay here again. Great facilities, staff are helpful and friendly. The hotel is within walking distance of the beach and walking along the coastal path can take you to other beaches nearby. We didn’t eat in the restaurant but the pool cafe had a great range of classic dishes such as lasagne and bolognaise. The spa is lovely offering a range of different treatments. We had a great stay!
