We did not like the breakfast and especially the coffee. Particularly the omelette was very salty and the coffee was too strong and tasteless. Unfortunately we discovered afterwards there were other five star hotels that offered a free breakfast for the same rate as the Antares. Additionally, the TV would continually go off and on. The maintenance was unable to fix it. Also, the bathroom is way too small. To make a call I needed to go a place to answer

TERRIBLE!!… para nada es un 8.4 de calificacion, me deje guiar por eso y fue un error. Urge que el gerente verifique el trabajo de las personas que limpian las habitaciones, la alfombra de los pasillos es vieja y huele demasiado a humedad, el buffete del restaurante la vdd ni vale lo que pagas, en general el hotel necesita una renovacion absoluta en todos los aspectos, su calificacion deberia ser 6 y estoy siendo generosa, el staff es muy amable pero eso no le gana a las malas instalaciones del…. Jamas volveria a hospedarme ahi.

The location is central to Monterrey & on main blvd, pretty straight forward as noted on the map of city. Rooms were clean & comfortable. The wifi was not the best. I could not stay connected on video calls for work - very frustrating. The hotel food service was a bit over priced in my opinion. I did find a few options within walking distance. A 5 mins walk down the blvd and I found a large outdoor fruit stand that made smooothies, a Starbucks & VIPs another block down. Opposite direction, right around the corner, a cafe Madcoffee & big work out gym & pharmacy. I would stay here again but not for a work related needs. Wifi was only downer.

Horrible room,nothing like the pictures and staff was rude during the stay.

Room was clean but the bathroom had a scent like dirty drains. There were also some broken fixtures inside the bathroom. Overall good.

Service was good overall, well situated in the city

I liked the all ceramic or wood linoleum floor…. However, the back rear exit at the basement parking garage is awful for low clearance vehicles. My car scratched scraped exiting the entire bottom exiting the parking garage.

Falta capacitar personal de cocina y los horarios porque faltaban 30 min para cerrar y no me quisieron vender bebidas para llevar a mi habitación 😡

The room was comfortable. Things they need to improve. -No Ice anywhere -smell in room was not pleasant -need upgrade -there was writing on the couch which made the place look dirty But, the staff in breakfast was great!

The staff were very courteous but room later during the day started with a humidity odor. And they use to have the shuttle which I have used everytime I had gone previously but no they mentioned they didn't have it..

My reservation was very easy. I got early and the room was ready. Staff was very courteous.
