This hotel is lovely. Everything is close within the hotel so easy to access where you want to be. The Swimming pool is a sloping one and the deep end is 1.45mtrs my daughter was able to stand up in it fully. The only floating rings they allow can be purchased for €6 at their mini shop which is on the same floor as the snack bar. The food was yummy, smaller choices than on previous places I have stayed, but actually that was better as this meant what there was was replenished often and it was nice and hot too. Even my little one who struggles with food found something every day to eat, tbh one of her faves was the snack bar and the Cheese Burgers and Chips. The cocktails were yummy too, Pina Colada being our favourite! The staff are so lovely and friendly too. The room we had, Premium 2 Bedroom, was spacious and great for what we needed. The water pressure in the shower is great too and they provide a Tea and Coffee Tray with Kettle too, it is PG Tips for anyone who likes their Tea and has a favourite. There is also a fridge in the room. There is a 24h Supermarket just across the road, perfect to grab your pack of Lays for on the balcony. We had a lovely 5 night stay and would 100% be back again.

Everything about this hotel was first class, great welcoming staff, spotlessly clean, good selection of food in the buffet style restaurant. I will not hesitate to recommend this great hotel for families and couples alike.

The hotel was perfect from the staff to the facilities.

Room was very comfortable and clean. Staff was friendly. Food was OK. Not bad, but just very basic. I would say 95% of the guests are from the UK, so beans for breakfast was inevitable. The hotel could use some paint and renovation here and there. Did not like the restaurant. Seems it was in the basement with lots of artificial lights, super crowded with plastic chairs and tables.

The staff really make this hotel a 5* experience! Our room was cleaned daily to a high standard, the bar/dining staff were always smiling and chatting and the entertainment around the pool was excellent for all ages!

Staff were lovely and the buffet food was some of the best I've had.

Clean room but bar area very noisy and stuffy. Would have appreciated more outside space, less very loud musicand better signposting to bar/other facilities

Have been numerous times to Paradise Park as we live very close and enjoy a few days away. However we thought that the food at dinner was very limited this visit not enough choice too much junk food. But the staff always friendly and helpful. Disappointed.

Staff were really friendly and worked really hard to keep the guests happy. There was a great variety of food in the morning for breakfast and tasted great. We stayed in a family room and it was large although on the lower ground so not a great balcony although meters away from the pool and the restaurant. I would recommend the hotel and would stay here again.

The hotel is fabulous. Rooms are very spacious and comfortable. Ours had two bedrooms and a beautiful see view that we enjoyed from the balcony. They offer a great variety of food across all buffet meals. It's fair to say that mainly cater for the British with roast dinners every night and full English breakfast in the mornings, but there was also grilled meats and fish, pasta and pizza stations, traditional Mojo from Canarias and lovely starters and desserts. My son really enjoyed the chocolate fountain! But the best of all is the service. Across the board all staff went the extra mile to ensure we had a pleasant stay. We'll definitely be coming back. Thank you everyone for such dedication. I genuinely never been in a hotel were the staff was as caring and thoughtful as in Paradise Park.

Nice friendly family hotel

We really enjoyed our stay here! Good room, quiet at night! 5 pools to chose from, SPA, shuttle to the beach takes 10 min. Great choice of food and entertainment. Friendly multinational staff. We'll definitely come back for a fuss free holiday!

It was good

Overall, a very pleasant weekend. However, as previously mentioned, the room was disappointing. It was on the first floor, and very close to the main pool. There were a large number using the pool, which inevitably caused a lot of noise. On checking out, the staff advised us to email them next time, and they will do their best to allocate a better room.

Average hotel. Food not great, wouldn't recommend al inclusive.

Very good been many times. Adult pool on the roof could do with a good clean around the water line, doesn't look very inviting. However nice few days away.
