Everything was excellent apart from the content of the mini bar. It was good that we checked it upon arrival to our room as two bottles appeared to be tampered

Gym was excellent, wide variety of equipment, one of the best we have experienced for a hotel gym, plus it was 24 hr access which was really useful. Room was large and bed was comfortable, staff seemed very friendly, breakfast was really good as well, plenty of variety. The only slight downside was that it was away from the centre, which I did know about beforehand so I cannot really criticise. The bus stop was right outside and very easy to use. Only 1.5 euros to get to the centre. All in all, an excellent stay and I would recommend to friends.

Large, comfortable room. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Public transportation was readily available, capable of connecting you to downtown quickly. Fantastic, extensive fitness facility on site. Plenty of grassy areas outside to walk your dog.

Great and large room, educated staff and the location, it could not be better for the great price.

We had the presidential suite. Was outdated but very comfortable. Could have been cleaner. the hot tub jets were dirty. But the sauna in suite was super nice. Some of the lights didn't work. But it was a huge suite and we really appreciated the upgrade and all of the room! Breakfast buffet was huge.

Staff was great, breakfast was delicious and the parking was on the premises. We were very happy

Location was great to take the bus to old town and back. Staff was great at telling us the bus numbers and times they left hotel.

Decent hotel little far away from downtown, but the bus stop is just outside the hotel, so convenient in that sense.

Use the hotel for a night. Slovenian airport doesn’t have hotel and this hotel was a good option for us.

An excellent business hotel, with very attentive staff. The restaurant Vinka across the road is highly recommended also.

I liked opening the balcony door and spending the sunset down the weather was beautiful. Also they had shoe polish,needle and fred and vanity kit and the best body wash (like what you buy at the body shop uk) quality. Helpful customer service (well spoken English) also going off the subject i tryed the best stake ever at the Vinker cafe just down the road not far located (cognak steak) the best ever and the hotel serves the best orange juice for breakfast i loved it.

Nice hotel. Good location. Walkable to grocery. Restaurant was a bit pricey. Like that you could drink water from faucet.

I frequently visit Ljubljana, and Austria Trend Hotel has always been my go-to choice due to its convenience and exceptionally friendly staff. On my last visit, I accidentally left a valuable item behind. The team not only found it but also kept it safe until I could arrange collection. Their professionalism and kindness truly stood out. Highly recommended!

Very friendly staff and very helpful, great breakfast. Location is a bit far from the centre, Ljubljana has a great transport systems (buses). Over all great hotel, Slovenia is beautiful and Slovenians are very friendly too. THANK YOU.

One of the best hotels I ever stayed. Definitely I recommend it to everyone. Clean, nice, new, spacious rooms. Nice bed. Amenities… everything! My only remark is for cold water in spa/jacuzzi. It should be normal/warm.
