Si pudiera no poner estrellas lo haría , este hotel no merece ni 1 estrella , muy mal cuidado , no hay internet , no hay contacto con el hotel y la comida pésima NO vayas a este hotel

Is definitely a 2 . Nothing to get excited over. It is like you think it could be for 2.5 hotel. All inclusive means cheap food, cheap food.

Clean rooms. They did not turn property lights on at night indoors and outdoors.

I had high hopes for my stay at this "exclusive" hotel in Cancun, but unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience. The bath towels in our room were stained and dingy, almost grey in color, which was quite off-putting. The breakfast was another letdown—they served Tang, not even real orange juice, which seemed very cheap for a supposed upscale hotel. I had informed the hotel in advance that my husband would be arriving a day later than me, yet they refused him entry into the room when he arrived, causing unnecessary hassle. The rooms were clean, but that doesn't make up for the overall lack of attention to detail. In the evening, there was a show by the pool, but the area was poorly lit and looked downright eerie. It wasn’t inviting at all and felt unsafe walking around. Overall, I expected much better from a hotel in this price range and location. It was far from the relaxing experience we were hoping for. Would not recommend.

Me hubiera encantado que mi cuarto estuviera un refrigerador pequeño.

Es un hotel súper limpio, cómodo, con comida muy rica y el servicio de primera. Con vista al mar y al muelle está precioso es mi segunda estadía en este hotel y creo que no será la última.

For English speaking people, this is not your place. I wouldn’t go back, that is why we left after one night and stayed elsewhere

This place is a dump. End of story.

The hotel staff made the check in and entire stay experience as if they were doing me a favor by allowing me to stay there without realizing I am the customer and choose to stay there and paid to stay there. Their hotel rules for such a mediocre property and limited everything around it is not fitting or up to standard. I will say though, I was given a free upgrade which I appreciated because the initial room was less than desirable. On my second night, the room was leaking water coming from the roof and no one spoke English to of assistance, no manager was also available. The hotel balcony door did not have proper lock, however they made you sign a waiver at the counter to release them from liability in case your room was broken into

Nothing. It was the worst place I stayed at. I booked another resort the next day!!!!

In a good area.

It was wonderful! The staff were very helpful and kind, the room was very clean and the pool was beautiful. The food was also great with lots of options!

I wasn’t happy with everything

The basic property was okay. Room was clean- had a/c and a tv. However, no microwave,coffee maker , ice machines and a tiny elevator. Shower was a dribble of water and not very hot. Noisy pool area and hard to find lounge chairs.

It's in good area. easy for transportation. Not a very good hotel but it's aceptable .

Better communication between hotel and Expedia.

The staff was very arrogant, the food small portions, no variety…. Beside I paid extra for a ocean view room and I got a room that I can’t even see the ocean.💔😔 I believe if people want to have a very nice vacation pay a little bit more dollars and get into better hotel, with more professional service…

The property was very disappointing. It was outdated. The beach was terrible. The meals were very bad. The only good thing was the staff. The staff was really nice and helpful.

It has beautiful beach and pools. Needs more staff to keep the Playa 1 area clean

Few points, the wifi was terrifible, mostly native (local) or originated clients, only few people would speaks or understand fluently english, but other then that everything was fine. No Premium alcohols.
