Lovely and helpful staff, especially at the front desk and the general manager. Soller can be challenging to drive through to get to the hotel

The check-in staff were incredible. The gentleman who helped us could not have been nicer and went above and beyond to assist us. Parking can be a bit challenging if you are unable to get a spot in the hotel's parking area, and he was extremely helpful in guiding us through the options. The level of service throughout our stay was outstanding. The pool area was very nice and a great place to relax. Bar service at the pool was average, and there was no background music, which made the atmosphere feel a bit quiet at times. The hotel itself is older and somewhat dated in certain areas, but it has a classic charm that fits the property well. While some updates could be beneficial, the exceptional service more than made up for it.

Located in the center of Soller, large bedroom with tired looking carpeting and furnishing. Breakfast is excellent. Hotel could use some redecoration. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Gym is basic and dated. Pool area is nice but fixed parasols don’t create any shade when needed.

*HONEST REVIEW* My wife and I stayed for three nights and couldn’t have been more impressed. Firstly, the staff were the most amazing hotel staff I’ve ever experienced in all of my global travels. The front desk staff, restaurant and bar staff, and cleaning staff were nothing but kind and welcoming. It made it feel like we were staying with family and belonged at the hotel. The roof top bar and pool were top notch with cabanas with beds to lounge on while you were delivered your cocktails. The food at the rooftop bar and main restaurant were 5/5. Very very good. What we didn’t realize with the buffet breakfast is that you can order specialty coffees and breakfast off the menu. Take advantage because it’s amazing! One of the nights they rolled out the restaurant piano outside so that the whole of the outside portion of the restaurant good listen to the piano concert. Great entertainment. I would rate the hotel 4.9/5 as the only thing that wasn’t to expectation was the rooms. They were fine and the bathroom was very nice, but I would say they were more along the lines of a 3-3.5 star hotel. The laminate flooring was separating in a lot of places and should be redone. I would recommend this hotel to anyone and hope to be back!

Staff was great! Expected more for it being classified as a 5 star hotel. Looked a little run down. Location was great and parking is convenient although they charge extra on top of nightly fee.

This hotel is in a great location and looks stunning from the outside. The breakfast is fantastic and the staff were very helpful. We were allocated rooms in the annex and although clean these are not of 5 star quality. The furniture in these rooms are not of the quality available in the main building. We had 3 rooms and 2 were of a good size with balconies which accommodated outside seating. The last room was much smaller with no outside seating which I don’t believe was fair as we had 3 identical rooms booked and paid the same price.

This hotel is wonderful! The staff is fantastic! The views are spectacular! We loved it so much, we extended our stay. Unlike other hotels in this village, there is parking for a daily fee, and it is on hotel property. There are several restaurants in the hotel, and they are all great. We are already planning to return next year.

Gran Hotel Soller styles itself as _the_ luxury property in the town, and by and large delivers. Excellent location near the main plaza but surprisingly quiet. Airy, high-ceilinged room. Some rooms have balconies, others French doors to open. Lovely views of surrounding mountains, and there is a torrent (a kind of canal) at the back of the property that is lovely to listen to. Excellent breakfast buffet and helpful staff. One of the few places in Soller with parking on site, though there is not a lot of it. My partner tried the spa service and enjoyed it. Note we visited in March, which is offseason, so things might be different in high season. But we would stay again

Lovely hotel, nice breakfast buffet, lovely staff, very spacious room, but pack a sleep mask because if your room is at the front of the hotel all the garden lights mean your room never gets dark. The light bleeds around the top of the curtains and into the room. Also the pillows are very very soft. We liked the hotel but struggled to sleep.

Nice location. Charming old building

Everything was good ~breakfast & service was perfect. Enough room for the family of 4. My adult son’s could have their own space. What we did not like: for what we pay/night, they should not charge for parking. We had to find another way to park less expensive. Secondly, the pictures of Gran Soller show the pool, and around in a larger space.

Our two-week stay was fantastic. The staff was incredibly helpful, kind and very sweet with our 8 month old. They had everything we needed for traveling with an infant.

This property was amazing. The room was so spacious and clean and the rooftop had the best views. The food on the rooftop was great as well and the staff was friendly and helpful.

A special hotel with fabulous small rooftop pool with views of the mountains! Excellent breakfasts. We had a junior suite which served the family well.

We had a great stay here. The staff were incredibly helpful and couldn’t do enough for us. The pool on the roof is small and all the us loungers were taken but we spent some time in the spa which the kids loved. The room was lovely with comfortable beds and they made the kids bed up for us. It’s a great location near the square and is a beautiful old building. We would definitely stay again

Absolutely beautiful stay at this property! It looks like a castle! The rooms are spacious. The breakfast is delicious. Parking on property is so convenient. Just 1 block away from the center of Soller, but feels like you're in a retreat. Would absolutely recommend this place!

Great hotel great service. Exceptional breakfast, including cava. The only complaint I would have is parking is limited and nowhere does it say you have to pay for it, just that it's available.
