Pleasant stay. Good breakfast. Cleam room good size bathroom.

I thought I paid for double as shown when I select the room I wants and it turns out to be a single bed. I’m very disappointed about not enough details shown before making payment. It was not showing single bed request after. Which I didn’t notice after payment. I got to see this at the hotel. I’m very disappointed with details not adequate enough on Expedia website. Thank you.

worked like clockwork, all the staff I met were really friendly - from the guy in the car park that helped me back out onto the road to the people on the front desk who printed a paper for me that I had lost, to the staff serving breakfast. thanks!

This hotel is very comfortable and safe. The procedures in place in trying to fight Covid and keeping everyone safe is very impressive and well appreciated

Nice clean and tidy room, great location.

From arrival at the hotel the staff service was first class. We arrived late in the day and asked about dinner. Again no problem. Staff in the bar and dining room were friendly, efficient and nothing was any trouble.

Stayed here several times over the last few years. Staff always friendly and helpful. Rooms comfortable and clean, but could maybe do with a refurb soon. Restaurant and bar small but adequate, food good.

I was in room F and I loved the rooftop deck and the big windows and open door. This room was fabulous. Totally recommended it. The staff spoke great English so I I could understand.

A warm welcome, a room with a comfortable bed and good wifi - the basics. The pub/restaurant offered a good selection of dishes and beer. Outsude teh centre of Oldeburg and close to the motorway there was a locla shopping are aand locla pubs where you can chat with the locals

Very pleasant stay. Staff were excellent. Room was clean and tidy. Sweets left each morning on the pillows nice for the kids

A hotel from the 80th with small (you have to bypass the toilet for the shower) bathroom. Also odd floors and stairs. Very nice staff and breakfast so.

Everything was as expected. Room was comfortable, clean swimming pool, sauna is 4 euros extra. Breakfast -typical.

Location very close to the main highway. Easy to walk to restaurants as the hotel's was not open on Sunday eve. excellent breakfast

Excellent all round, great breakfast friendly staff, excellent service. Only problem the Bar was not open on a Sunday night or the resteraunt for food. Very strange because you could not get any room service either.

I think that the restaurant and bar should be open on Sunday evenings, the hotel should provide a full service for its guests and they should not have to leave the premises and go to find a restaurant for their dining requirements. The free wi fi at this hotel is of a poor standard.

The hotel is located in a quiet area. The beds were very comfortable and there was lots of parking. The internet worked well. I would stay again.
