Firstly, the Kyriad sign can only be seen from the onramp back into the autoroute and not when you are driving by on the street. Maybe trim the trees in the parking lot? The restaurant staff was not particularly knowledgeable about food and drink options, but the server must just have been brand new. No big deal. Lastly, the friendly reception staff kindly reserved a taxi for me the night before I needed to leave because I had a very before shuttle operating hours, but the taxi never showed up and did not call, as promised.I ended up having to call an uber. A little more stressful than it needed to be.

The Airport Shuttle is not available after 8:30 pm, so be ready to pay nearly 28$ CAN for a 6-8 minute ride. Make sure to ask the schedule for the way back to the airport. Good to know if you are not traveling light: be aware that there are no elevators, but it's only 2 stories high.

Chambre très propre, quoique les joints de la douches sont en mauvais état. Il aurait été pertinent sur la page de l’annonce d’indiquer les heures de la navette vers l’aeroport. Nous avons finalement du payer un taxi à 17€ pour nous y rendre. (Limite 20h30)

This was a cute and cozy spot to land near the airport. Unlike most airport hotels, it was very quiet. There is a large bar with food option and breakfast, but I didn't try it out. The staff were friendly, check in was smooth - the bed was a little hard and sloping towards the middle, but I still had a great sleep.

The shuttle was not good; we called to ask for a shuttle in from the airport and were told to call when we got there. Upon calling, 3 hours later, we were told No shuttle, get a taxi. Frustrating.

Very clean, very convenient. Even after a little mixup at checking the staff were quite polite and effective trying to fix it. Due to technology limitations they had to wait for the manager the following morning to adjust the situation. While they took care of it I was offered a coffee and all was made right. No stress, no drama.

The room was comfortable and well appointed.
