Staff excellent. Room very small and lacked basic storage for clothes after unpacking. One bedside light not working. Really nice location. Would use again if a bigger room was available. Did not eat in.

Generally fine except for the breakfast. Coffee machine not working. Limited choice of food and drink. You are far better off to go to the bakers in the next village They are brilliant but so good as to ruin you for eating croissants and cakes in the UK

I do not recommend this hotel. after taking a shower water was all over the little shower room No service to clean up . No closet in the room A SHAME!!

Hotel was nice. Staff was very helpful, gave us loads of information about area. The only downside wi fi didn`t work :( Would come back. Great value for money.

We had a lovely stay at this hotel.Good food,comfortable room and very friendly staff.

We have stayed here before and would do so again. The staff and facilities are excellent. Only negative thing was that on this occasion there was an unpleasant odour in the room. Not sure if this was caused by a new cleaning product, but it soon went with the window open.

No surprise with Ibis hotels,always good qualiy. The restaurant was excellent too. Beautiful beach very close so quiet in the morning when people are still sleeping!

Approaching from the St. Arnoult village, the road signage is misleading and we arrived outside a similar building which is actually a residential care home. Admittedly, the signage when approaching from Deauville is clearer. The hotel bedrooms, dining room and corridors looked depressing in battleship grey and one of the wardrobe panels in our room was broken. To its credit, the breakfast buffet was well laid out and efficiently run.

As a stop-over for a couple of days on a bike trip the hotel was spot on. It is about a 15 minute walk outside of the town but in nice location with some shops close by. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I would use again without any hesitation.

Comfortable, clean, good value for money, good parking and helpful reception staff particularly finding us a safe place for our bikes.

Fantastic staff - room all fine, though a little tight for space and a bit on the warm side. Staff made the difference, really friendly and helpful and food was a real joy!

A dump. Deauville itself isn't up to much either-everything closes at 9pm and the hotel is like a Borstal. Avoid at all costs

Bjr le week-end niquel la chambre il manque pt cuillère pour le pt café ou thé qu'on a dans la chambre et la douche quand on prend douche on en mais au sol cest dommage la mais sinon super week-end que jai passer avec mon mari

Bien dans l’ensemble. Côté piscine dommage manque un entretien autour de la piscine. Sinon super le parking la proximité de trouville et deauville

La dame ce dimanche matin est peu accueillante surpris que cet hôtel demande une caution de 100 euros
