Really good hotel, secure for your vehicles, yourself, andthey have a bar. The elevator was schetchy would open up mid flight and close randomly

Todo estuvo bien con la excepción que el aire acondicionado hacía mucho ruido y no dejó Dormir y la piscina no muy limpia.

The room was clean and the entire property smelled nice! No old smell or anything like that.

No enough parking, room service never responded to the calls

I did not even make it to the hotel. They did not respect my reservation.

Room with tipid water. Second room the shower did not work. Room 3 no hot water

The beds are very firm, the bath towels need to be replaced they look old. But the staff was friendly and helpful

The room was great tge staff was awesome

The room was too old, dirty and the AC has a huge noise, I changed 2 rooms and the exact same problem.

Yes the room was in acceptable condition. only 1 water bottle in room, only 1 packaged coffee for 1 person.

Always helpful staff and ev chargers ready for guests

This was our second time reserving our staying. I have to say it exceeded our expectations. Great customer service we will be booking again.
