Had no breakfast. Air condition was OK. No real control for lowering the temperature. I had to open a window. Quite frankly, I didn't ask for help.

Close to beach nice and quiet

Everything was good would just have liked a simple thing like hair conditioner.

Quick check in EARLY.. staff pleasant and booked transfer to cruiseport clean rooms been here before and never dissappointed..

Everything was spotless and comfortable. Staff really friendly. Downstairs furnishings were really cool and comfortable. Very up to date. Our room wasnt so up to date. Very basic compared to the rest of the hotels appearance - could be 2 different hotels! The furniture in the bedroom was very worn. The fridge didnt really work. Not very cold at all. Shower - difficult to find a good temperature-got very hot, very quickly. Despite it being a room for 3, there were only 2 glasses and cups. Good location for the beach and taxis outside.

Great customer service and very clean.

We came off our cruise and they were able to give us early access. This was great as we were able to secure our luggage and still have the day to explore the city. The staff were courteous, knowledgeable and friendly.

The location was a bit further from the main attractions, but there was taxis waiting outside of the hotel pretty frequently. It was located walking distance to the beach. It is good for a fair priced stay.

Although a €10 taxi fare from town, it is a great location close to beaches. Also close to both hop on hop off lines with an easy stroll. Great restaurant and the pool was refreshing. Ideal for families. Restaurant staff in particular were fabulous. Would stay there again

Nice hotel, staff were friendly and the room was nice. Very good location. Gym was basic and breakfast was nice but they need to find ways to keep the food warm. Downside to my trip was there was no electricity on the first day until around 9pm. I couldn't leave the hotel as couldn't charge my phone and needed google maps to travel. Somehow the staff computers were still working.

Room was nice and it was clean. Was nosiy and the staff were not the most friendly. The hot tub was not hot and did not give us face cloths.

My early check-in was granted which was very helpful as we arrived from an early flight jet lagged with a young baby. We got the room we wanted but no crib in sight. It was brought up shortly once we called. In a safe neighborhood, close to the beach boardwalk. However, not close to the main attractions so definitely required taxi service to get around. Has a cute and spacious outdoor patio with a pool. Overall a good hotel but doesn’t come cheap.

The room was comfortable and very well looked after – the cleaning service was excellent. The pool area was lovely, although unfortunately the jacuzzi wasn’t working during our stay. Breakfast was decent but felt a little overpriced for what was on offer

Close to the beach and walkable to the casino (15 minutes). It was a bit far from the major sites but overall a good spot and great customer service

Staff was friendly and professional, great hotel with the pool, it was a saver, because it was 90 degree when we stayed there. it would be 5 star, if we hadn’t have problems with the key every night and one day the room was not clean.
