Bed bugs, dirty towels, bathtub had cracks, room smelled like smoke

Area is run down. Felt unsafe. Gated but still questionable. Lock on door didn’t work. Other half of property rented out

We didn’t even get to enjoy our stay, we got a room on the 3rd floor checked in dropped our stuff, then left to have dinner with the family, came back to relax and the AC wouldn’t work, the lady at the front said to use the white control in the wall so we did, but still wasn’t working (mind you it was 97 degrees and really really hot on the 3rd floor) and the door wouldn’t lock unless it was pushed all the way in and lifted. My other half was so upset that he told them we are leaving. Tried to get a refund but they won’t give it to us even if we didn’t stay there at all. Really bad experience.

They were very accommodating

Its a gated and limited to guest only. Very cozy suite with extra space and bathroom.

The manager banned me from the property after I said I was going to call the fire department

The manager lied and said I threatened him he also banned me from the hotel which he told me he wouldn't after I said I wouldn't call the county on their unprofessional business going on and also it does not pass code inspection there's no smoke detectors there's nothing in there

My family and I are not picky people, but this was a horribly run down and not kept up place. The locks on the doors were coming off on the room we initially started with and we had to change rooms. The next room the shower curtain rod was half down making it so we couldn’t close the shower curtain, the TV wasn’t working right, the fridge wasn’t cooling our food, it smelled like old smoke even though it was supposed to be a smoke free room, there’s a lot more I could list but for the sake of not writing a book I won’t. I wish I had taken pics!

The door looked like someone broke it, windows did not lock

The staff was amazing. The room was well used. No bar for the lock on the door. Parking was slightly tight.

I really liked this place! Probably the best value around. everyone was super nice and helpful. even though they were so busy, they still managed to smile and take care of us. great location, and we loved our clean room with a freeway view! thank you

Bums and low lives!!!!

Everything was horrible!!! We ended up not being able to stay! I paid for a non-smoking deluxe room. We were unaware that there was no elevator and they tried to put us on the third floor. Being I just had neck surgery. There was no way I could carry my suitcase up there. She was going to attempt to put us on the ground floor in the back but insinuated that it was not a safe room. There were quite obvious drug users all over the property. The room when we opened the door smelled like somebody had been smoking in it for 20 years. Instantly my sister‘s asthma, reacted, and we had to get out. So obviously not a non-smoking room. The bathroom door is a slider and you could not even close it. It was broken off the track and the wood was damaged. The walls were filthy and also chipped and damaged. The window to the walkway was broken. We got so fast. I did not think to take pictures. We booked at another hotel and they even told us that multiple people have left that facility to come over to this other nice facility. They said their vehicles had been stolen and we were not going to stay there. The front desk clerk was horribly rude to us. We went to tell her we were leaving, but there was a woman upfront yelling at the police on the phone about somebody threatening to shoot her 12 year-old child. More people started to come in the office and we felt very threatened and left. So we called and explained our situation to the front desk and that we want a refund. Doubt that’ll happen.

Other than the toilet backing up, I can’t expect more from a place that doesn’t charge a security deposit. For the price the motel was great.

Love how close the place is to other stores.

Stay away from this hotel. The front desk guy was scary and rude. My husband had apparently parked the car in the wrong place and the guy came out and screamed at my 13 year old son, who was in the passenger seat, to “move the f-word car”. Check out day he be also entered the room without knocking first.

The room is terrible . The Ac wasn’t working. . There’s no hair dryer . The lighting is terrible. The receptionist has a terrible attitude. But what can I expect for the price right 🙄

Definitely more than I expected! The rooms are a bit old but very clean, and for half the price of a 3/4 star hotel in Cali, it’s a great deal.
