Lovely roomy room ! Divine pool !! Best breakfast ... thank you !!!

20 minute wait in queue breakfast, queue ridiculous, not enough staff. Those taking orders also making drinks & taking food out. 50 minutes after entered the restaurant, we finally got out food. Our booking had a free breakfast, doesn’t say $30, least expect a coffee & juice with food (breakfast choice was up to $27!) One girl asked for water, got dirty look up and down. Woman behind till, uttered xxxx under her breath. Not enough staff Receptionist Sunday morning as cold as ice. Shower - disgusting! No hot water couldn’t bathe. Never experienced such bad service. Other customers food orders wrong. All sitting at dirty tables. Ants all over the coffee area at breakfast. Staff look stressed & deflated

Nice location at the Marina, restaurants nearby, some with live music, also a nice restaurant in the hotel although we didn’t use that. There is a pool bar that opens at 4 pm which was convenient. Pool was lovely and also very close to a lovely beach.

The Mantra was fantastic.

Nice hotel, in quiet location. Somewhat spoiled by the restaurant being shut for dinner on the Monday evening, forcing us to find somewhere else to eat- do check which nights it is open!

Tv and phone didn’t work. Had to change rooms. New room key cards wouldn’t work. Staff had to provide access manually. Balcony wasn’t clean. Pretty average.

While the room was clean and tidy we found it quite dated. Mould in the shower, light switches were a bit dodgy and balcony was not very clean. Limited selection of mains on the dinner menu. We paid an additional $50 for breakfast, but were told we were limited to only $30 any thing over that we had to pay additional. Staff were very polite and helpful. I probably wouldn’t stay here again.

A wonderful, quiet stay on the marina. The facilities were great at a very reasonable rate.

TV in bedroom not working. Room below visitors smoking continually on balcony. Position of motel and staff were excellent.

There was some one there staying all night long he was swearing and yelling and just kept going on and on and on and management done nothing about it

If the Mantra are not happy letting Wotif market their rooms cheaper than they charge - dont do it! Simple, there are plenty of other motels that welcome Wotif customers and demonstrate that the customer is important regardless on what the customer has used as a marketing research tool and payment mechanism.

Very Nice unit with kitchen and laundry, pool and barbecue. I will be back
