The room and bed were spacious enough for one person, and the modern interior was comfortable. And the best part is, once you leave the hotel you're in the departure lobby (ANA).

One receptionist just stared at me without saying anything, and I wasn't sure if it was okay to go in front of her, but later the other receptionist kindly told me to come over, which I was relieved to hear. That person's service was truly wonderful. However, the first receptionist should have known I was checking in because I was carrying luggage, but I felt uncomfortable because she just stared at me without saying anything. On my way to my room, I bumped into several foreign cleaning staff, but they didn't even say hello, didn't move out of the way, and instead crossed the room listlessly, seemingly listening to music and keeping to the rhythm. Are cleaning staff not considered a quality service? I wondered if this was even a motel. When I tried to fill the water container for the air purifier, there was black mold growing in the container. Please forgive me. Other than that, the room was spacious, comfortable, and very nice!

• Spacious room with good price. • Hotel location inside terminal 2 building, same location as our international departure check-in in terminal 2, just 5 minutes walk from the hotel door pushing your suitcase while walking through the row of restaurants/souvenir shops to the international departure check-in area. • very easy and fun👍

For early morning flights at Haneda Terminal 2, it is better to stay here, the short distance makes it easier for those who take early flights. The breakfast is standard

Love to stay here because we got the best view to see an airplane from our room, and the room cleanliness was super. I love to wear the pajamas that have been prepared for customers. Will be back again when going to Haneda.

It's a nice hotel and convenient

The hotel is located at the end of T2 (domestic) Haneda Airport. Suitable for those who will fly early in the morning with AirDo / ANA because the check in counter is right next to the hotel lobby. There is a free shuttle bus between domestic and international terminals. Rooms and toilets are ok, clean and comfortable. We stayed in 2 twin rooms, there was connecting door.

Location is good.. exactly besides Terminal 2 domestic airport (ANA) in Haneda.. transportation from shinjuku is easy and I love to do breakfast in here..

It is conveniently located in Terminal 2 of the airport. The reception staff are courteous and helpful. The room is well equipped. Our only problem is the flat 'hard' bed. Our brief stay was indeed pleasant.
