The room was very clean albeit a little small. A perfect room for a short stay in Madrid! The ac worked great too. The staff was friendly and the building for our room was just a short walk away from the main building. It is all secure and feels very safe. The hotel is also located pretty close to the airport which was nice! The staff was friendly and helpful, the breakfast phenomenal. The pool was also great -I will say it does not have a deep end and is a little small, but it feels great in the heat and is located on the roof which is very cool. We were the only ones up there but if there were even two other groups at the pool it would have been crowded -again this is on the roof so I understand why it is small in size but I think it’s a great amenity!

Ideal room for short stay

Endroit propre et calme. Il dispose d’une belle terrasse et piscine pour se détendre avant un vol. Petit déjeuner excellent. Pain sans gluten avec préavis. J’ai tout de même été accommodée le matin même. Lit et literie confortables. En tout point excellent pour un transit. Je recommande. En taxi/uber: entre 15 et 22 euros selon l’heure.

The rooftop area is lovely and the room was comfortable (other than thin walls). There was no airport shuttle because of the holiday. The front desk fellow said I could get a bus nearby and waved his hand I guess in the direction of where. More details would have been helpful. Then the open - not password protected ‘free’ internet service went down and never came back. I’m glad I was only at the hotel for one night.

A little bit more breakfast to choose,pretty much,,the same thing every day ,same menu or same stuff to eat ,beed to change a bit the breakfast,different food to eat,was the same food every day! Other than that ok. And next time to let me know,they have shuttle service,I didn’t know! I have to pay a uber to get to hotel from airport.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The place was clean and smelled lovely at all times, which we truly appreciated. The staff were very kind and helpful throughout our stay. We also discovered only on the last day that the bus stop is very close to the hotel, which makes getting around really convenient. The airport shuttle service does not operate on Sundays. Highly recommended!

This is an exceptionally clean property, located in a very quiet neighborhood, within 10 minutes of the airport. Shops and supermarket are within 10 minutes’ walking distance. My room was equipped with an espresso machine which is a big plus. Bathroom is very nice-sized with bidet. I understand there is an upstairs patio but I was not aware of it until check-out. The attendant was pleasant but did not explain the features of this pleasant hotel.

This is the right and place I am always looking when traveling outside the United States, clean, spacious and bathroom is high tech.

The hotel is approxmently 10 minutes walk from the Metro station (which takes approximately 40 minutes to reach the City Centre) & coach station. This involves crossing a daul carriageway and roundabout, crossing at the traffic lights. Hotel is in Zone A of the transport system. Transport passes are a must if you are not driving. There are two bus stops very close by (pne is 2 minute walk) & take you to the nain transport terminal for buses and Metro). Buses are very frequent. The hotel is situated in a quite residential area, with only the hum from the daul carriageway shattering the noise. From my room, I could not hear the daul carriageway, but could sometimes hear the neighbours next door and the maid's hoover outside. Breakfast was continental and did not change from one day to the next. However, you can do around several times. There are two coffees machines inside the dinning room and one outside in the conservatory (linked to the dinning room) Free airport shuttles from the hotel, only operate in the morning. Anyother time can be arranged for a fee. The transfer needs to be booked at least a day in advance. I found the bathroom a bit small abd cramped considering the room size Airport & hotel can be reached using the local buses and Metro. Reception staff speak good English. Not so, with some of the staff looking after the dinning room. However, they do try to help and understand you.

The pictures aren’t quite the quality of the property. This property is old and the only update that we saw was the bathroom. The air yeas not working properly. We had to open a window to be cool. Would not stay here again. The only positive is that it has a free shuttle to the airport

More like a hostel than a hotel. Walls are paper thin. Heavy metal front door is incredibly loud when opening and closing all night long. I would go elsewhere for the money if you want a decent night sleep and walkable area to enjoy Madrid.

Nice , clean hotel in a quiet neighborhood. The train station was not far so very convenient to move around the city. I recommend it and will stay here again.
