Hôtel propre aux premiers abords mais lorsque on n'y regarde de plus prêt, les photos ne sont pas tout à fait conforme à la réalité. L'hôtel mériterait un bon petit rafraichissement. literie très correcte et propre, idem pour la salle de bain. A noter que le personnel de nettoyage négligent vos affaires et ne compter pas les récupérer 2h après les avoir quitter l'hôtel si vous les avez oublié. Le service proposé au petit déjeuner est impeccable tout comme le personnel de cet espace.

The main problem with this place is its location: it is in a very rundown area , and the man sleeping rough next to the main door did not help. Room was clean . Staff good —though I was disappointed to be told that for my 6 day stay , my towels would not be changed . The breakfast was extremely good ,and the two men looking after it were very helpful .

L’emplacement dans Marseille et le tarif sont les avantages de cette location. Si vous recherchez un réel confort et de la propreté il serait préférable de louer un autre endroit.

I ask for a double bed as I am prégnant and i had two simple bed

I stayed here in May 2024 as a solo traveler and unfortunately experienced a bed bug issue. I saw visible bed bugs (apple seed–sized) in the elevator on the first day and woke up on the second day with painful, swollen bites all down my arm. I reported it to reception and was refunded for the cost of medication I had to buy — but nothing more was done. I didn’t know at the time that I had the right to leave or request a full refund, and I was too anxious to leave a public review, but I want to share this now so others are aware. The hotel staff were polite, but the situation was serious and not adequately resolved. I hope this is no longer an issue, but please check your room thoroughly before settling in

I booked the room with the Terrance, and didn’t receive it. Paid more for that but didn’t get it. Not too happy with that!! I should get some credit back for what I paid at the time! Or it was just false advertisement!!

L'établissement est excellent… chambres spacieuses, le personnel est sympa… en gros on a passé un tres bon sejour
