Rooms are clean and functional, but they are in need of a refresh. Also, water pressure could be better. Excellent location for our purposes. Breakfast was above average.

The staff was very attentive and helpful. We had a wonderful experience with drinks and a nice dinner and you service staff was super!!!

Came to Nelspruit for work. The hotel staff was friendly and accommodating, I was a little surprised to see on arrival they don't have an elevator. Thankfully, I'm not handicapped or disabled. I dined for breakfast and it was reasonably priced, food tasted well, there was options for everyone, and the staff were great and professional. The only thing that bothered me was everything closed early, 9pm....EVERYTHING! I'm from the USA so that was new to me, the cities shut down early during the week.

The hotel is close to a shopping mall and some restaurants. Good for a stop. Very comfortable beds.

From the day i arrived at Protea hotel Nelspruit I have be welcomed by the friendly staff even the waiters was friendly and ghe food very delicious

It’s a lovely small and friendly hotel with a great atmosphere The only suggestion I would make is that breakfast is very slow service as cooked breakfast items are served by one person who is also making egg dishes So frustrating to wait . Easily solved by letting guests serve themselves as they do at every Protea I have stayed at

It was a exciting. Everything was excellent.

The Hotel stay was very good, staff very friendly. with the exception of housekeeping that didn't properly clean our room and replace few things we used. Overall I would recommend Protea Hotel and use it again.

AS previously mention hotel located in wrong place noisy inside with clients and outside with petrol/taxis. Service at breakfast was disappointing. GIVE 10 OUT OF 10 FOR THE AMOUNT OF APOLOGIES RECEIVED FROM MANAGEMENT

Like I say in the title, the staff were fantastic, so accommodating and kind to me on my late last minute stay and my room was extremely comfortable and spacious. Thanks, Protea!

The hotel was clean, staff friendly and conveniently located for a one night stop over in Nelspruit before a trip to the Kruger National Park. Considering the Pandemic, the hotel and staff took the necessary precautions I.e. sanitizing of hands, pens and room cards, social distancing and completing health questionnaires upon arrival. Sanitizer wipes were generously located in the room.

The service was great. Won't mind coming back
