Beautiful setting and view, peaceful, wonderful terrace to eat meals, great decoration

I am very picky about hotels, pictures don’t do this place justice and it exceeded my expectations. The views are some of the best on the island. Yes, it is further away from “everything” but that’s part of the beauty of it. Highly recommend this property

Great views of Mallorca mountanains. Beautiful landscaping, pool and restaurant. Excellent indoor pool. Restaurant is expensive. There are steps in domain.

The area itself is stunning and extremely tranquil. However I found the overall service poor. One waitress was repeatedly rude to my partner and I at breakfast for wanting to sit inside. The room was small, didn’t have a bin and had no AC so got very hot in the day.

Scenic location, with interesting wineries nearby as well as amazing Castell de Alaro if you are ready for a 2.5-hour hike (one way). Staff is good. Food is OK but isn't quite on the same level as everything else.

We loved the place and the staff was amazing, very helpful and friendly. The property itself was quite, beautiful and remote just like we wanted to be.make sure you rent a car as it is remote from the big city center. We are definetly planning on renewing our visit.

We love everything about this hotel and staff. We discovered it a couple of years ago and had lunch there, we always said we would return for a stay and it lived up to expectations and perhaps even exceeded. The pool, the view, the terrace, the restaurant, the staff, the space, the rooms - everything was wonderful. We felt very well looked after and cared for, the restaurant much better than we had remembered so much so we ate every meal there during our two night stay. We wish we had stayed longer as believe this hotel not only suits brief stays but long stays. We did struggle with WIFI in our room but settled in the conference centre when needing to work. Phone signal was an issue for us but many other guests seemed not to have a problem so we might have been unlucky. We found out where it worked and then settled into that (we're business owners hence that was a concern for us). The calm and kind staff who were truly wonderful, the beauty and peace from the mountain views made for a wonderful stay for us and we will return. We even believe that it would be cosy and lovely in Winter!

Very nice location, main problem was that the room was very warm. Food was reasonably priced though they wanted a 10 Euro deposit for the pool towel. Inconvenient as I didn’t take any money to the pool.

We booked this property for my (now) wife to get ready in peace on her wedding day, for her bridesmaids to be there at the same time along with photographers, the room we were showed and promised last year was completely different. However the room we received was a shoe box, damp, smelly, staits to the terrace that wouldn’t pass most H&S checks, shabby furniture, peeling paint from the ceiling. The member of staff in reception was unhelpful and refused to find an alternative. As the hotel had a wedding that weekend, what I suspect is that our room was put as a second priority when we’d had the room booked for more than 7 months. Do not use this hotel, unless you are getting married they do not care about you and provide poor customer service. We eventually walked out and had to find another hotel on a Friday at 6:30pm and am yet to hear from the hotel owner or reception in regards to a form of reimbursement or compensation. AVOID AVOID AVOID.

Amazing location, beautiful traditional hotel with awesome decor, friendly helpfull staff and great food. Only sorry we could not stay longer.

The staff were not particularly welcoming. The room decor was dated. Not enough towels for the 3 people staying. Third bed was delivered but not made up. The restaurant food was average. The waiters walked around like prison guards. All in all a case of style over substance. Whilst checking out we were not even asked if we had a pleasant stay. They were just happy to take our money.The only redeeming qualities of the hotel are its setting and the pool. A thoroughly disappointing and sometimes annoying experience.

If you are seeking a memorable holiday in a luxurious hotel that is relaxed and hospitable, set against an idyllic backdrop of breathtaking mountains; then look no further. The infinity pool area is kept meticulously clean and inviting. The resturant staff are highly attentive but not intruding and the food is exceptionally good and on occasion, beyond that! When I booked this holiday, I hoped for something lovely to enjoy with my family. This hotel met and exceeded my expectations. It was a week of peace and calm perfection out of our ordinarily busy lives.

Beautiful setting, this hotel is guarded by two majestic mountains , one on each side. The hotel is rustic , peaceful in a beautiful countryside setting. Great staff, great food, great rooms, great amenities.

Wonderful quite and quant hotel in the hills. Beautiful setting. We booked half board and you get a set menu for dinner, brilliantly selected fresh ingredients and attentive service. Depending on which route you go by, it's 40mins over the mountains or 15 min from the motorway.
