Staff not that kind as one should expect

Exceptional 5 star service and room. Food options were outstanding. Staff was lovely. I cannot say enough nice things about our stay. Lagoon for the children was a dream with full food and beverage service. Kids club was great, staff were wonderful. Adult pool for getting away. Wow.

Outstanding staff and property. Would definitely recommend if you looking for a quiet, peaceful stay away from the hustle and bustle of the coast cities. Can them the staff enough for a great stay!

We arrived at around 4pm hungry from a long flight ,when we asked where we could get a snack we were told to go to the bar ,the bar staff informed us that they couldn’t provide anything as there were no chefs available and weren’t able to get anything from room service and would have to wait until7 pm for the restaurants to open.The concierge suggested that the only way we would get anything to eat was to take an uber to the local shopping centre ! Overall not a good start to our break and certainly not the kind of service you expect from a 5 star hotel.

Staying at Le Domaine du Mas de Pierre felt less like checking into a hotel and more like slipping into a quiet, sun-soaked village designed entirely for relaxation. The grounds are stunning—lush gardens, winding stone paths, and just enough space between villas to feel private without ever feeling isolated. What stood out most was the atmosphere. There’s a calm, unforced elegance to everything, from the soft linens to the way the light hits the terraces in the late afternoon. The rooms are thoughtfully designed, blending Provençal charm with modern comfort, and the bed alone is worth writing home about. Service was warm and intuitive without being overbearing. Staff seemed to anticipate needs before I even realized them, which made the entire stay feel effortless. The pool area and spa were highlights—perfect for unwinding after a day exploring nearby Saint-Paul-de-Vence. Dining on-site was equally memorable, with fresh, flavorful dishes that reflected the region beautifully. It’s the kind of place where time slows down in the best way possible. I left feeling genuinely restored—and already planning a return.

The best hotel breakfast I have ever had. Excellent staff - big shout out to Kevin who collected us after dinner in St Paul de Vence. Superb!

Gorgeous hotel. Loved our stay there!

We enjoyed the ambience of the bar every evening. The fire and wonderful atmosphere were just what we needed most! The bar staff were all friendly and welcoming!

Thank you for an absolutely amazing stay again! Everything was perfect! The staff are so friendly and helpful. The spa is the nicest we have ever been to. The restaurants serve excellent food and La Table should probably have a Michelin star! It really is our favourite hotel and we look forward coming back next year! Thank you again for making it such a special experience!

Did not use the spa or have any pets. After some confusion regarding the booking for a room with a walk in shower we were moved to one next door that did have - this took 24 hours and would have been much better if we had been given this first as it was requested due to mobility problems for my wife. added a little stress that we could have done without. Hotel and staff wonderful

It's a very nice resort with lots of amenities, manicured gardens and generally speaking the services are excellent.
