The Berjaya Makati Hotel has always been and will always be my go-to place for value-for-money staycations on long weekends. The hotel's affordability is unmatched with their yummy buffet breakfast serving as a bonus. Even last-minute bookings with them always turn out to be an amazing deal. I even got upgraded for free from a Deluxe Room to a Premier Room! Its location along Makati Avenue is perfect to reach places of interest in Metro Manila conveniently. The surrounding area is littered with coffee shops, restaurants, and convenience stores. Even a shopping mall is only a few minutes away on foot. The Premier Room I was assigned to on the 24th floor was spotless, spacious, had sufficient lighting, good air-conditioning, and a super comfortable bed. The standard consumables such as bottled water, coffee-making supplies, toothbrush, toilet paper, and bathroom slippers were provided, and the room furniture and fixtures were all functioning well and had no issues. The hotel also had a gym and swimming pool, though I did not have the time to use them given my preference to sleep. Most importantly, reception/front desk, concierge, security, restaurant, and housekeeping staff were all very pleasant, welcoming, and helpful. I will definitely book another stay here when the next perfect opportunity presents itself!

I have stayed at this hotel many times before. The staff are very friendly and give good service. The rooms are very spacious and for the price paid, the hotel represents good value for money. Everything was working in the room that I had this time, but if there is a problem, staff are always quick to sort things out. The hotel comes with both a swimming pool and a gym. A restaurant is on site, but I did not use that. The location is good, right in the heart of Makati. Overall, I would recommend.

Staff was fine. For whatever reason, they couldn't get breakfast right. They were trying to say it was 9/26 when it was 9/27 and my breakfast pass started. Lol. I paid for almost 2 weeks, 2 passes, and we went maybe 5 times. It wasn't pleasurable. I was better off with 711 's eggs. Lol. The gym was brutal. They paint the bars rather than clean them, so you have paint on your hands, and the bars are bent and crooked. You can't really workout. It is illusory. Finally, the pool is endlessly cold. They need to make the temperature more pleasurable. Finally, the internet is volatile. It comes and goes, hard to stream and work. Not a bad place, I'd go again, but I hope they would fix the issues by my next visit! Vinny 9/23/24-10/6/24 [I booked earlier for 4 days].

It ' s my 4th time booked in here. But today it will be my last day. I'll never ever again booked in this hotel nor to recommend this hotel to all my friend. So damn dissapointed! When I want to check out this morning 29 March. The receptionist want to charge me 800 PESO! Just because a little stain (like dirt colour) in the tip of the towel. I'm so confused and insisted to look the towel because I'm sure, me and my gf only use it after we take a bath. When I look the towel and smell it, there ' s no smell or odor, no chocolate smell, no blood smell, no feces smell and the receptionist + housekeeping staff also smell it and there ' s no smell in the towel. And they give a suggestion to always check everything in the room (towel, spring bed, bed cover, chair) when I check in and enter the room (HEY, I'm a customer who want to enjoy my day in your hotel, not to become a housekeeping staff) which is very ridiculous. And they insisted their laundry department do a really good job. Hey! I know what kind of stain in your towel because I'm in laundry business also and that is blood period stain which is hard to remove if not giving extra treatment. In the end, they didn't charge me. But from user experience I'm so dissapointed because they accuse me for something that I didn't do and they treat me like someone who do some minor criminal thing. It ' s already my 4th time booked in here and the previous booked didn't have problem when I want to check out. I don't know if some of the customer also got the same problem that happened to me. But for me I'll never again booked this hotel and I'll tell to all my co-worker to skip booked this hotel. I just didn't want my friend also got a bad service that happened to me today. So disappointing.

The first story: For the first time we arrived there, the receptionist said that we would get dinner for free for fasting people because ramadhan, but after we had dinner, the cashier asked us to pay for the dinner, we were very disappointed. Maybe for the next, not to give a good news if you actually don't want to give.

I've stayed in Berjaya Hotel for a few times already and I always enjoy my stay there. I love how accommodating the hotel staff is. It would be better though if they have more parking spaces so we do not have to park somewhere else with an extra fee. Also, it's time to change the carpet in the room that we stayed at. It's stained and looked dirty.

The hotel wifi is very slow and I need to use my data for internet.

Very poor in total quality care amongst guest. I am still waiting for the room to be finished and occupied by me. I have my lunch with me so it's not that fresh anymore. I placed a request already before check in so the hotel should had a vacant room since check out time is 12 noon for guest. I am really mad right now.

I always satisfied to stay in berjaya, they have complete toiletries and the room is clean, they have also iron that's what I like the most also hair dryer.

Nice experience. Clean and very accessible. But the wifi connection was very poor.
