Nice place to stay. Rooms in the kansas city tower could use some updating but would stay again for sure

Checkin was a nightmare. Didnt get a room until midnight.

Room was a little rough. Holes in the walls, shower head only worked at full blast, and the lighting throughout the room flickered on and off the whole time. Hotel location was nice and off by itself away from downtown, but not too far to be a pain. Casino was nice too.

Great location

The hotel is old and felt not very clean. The bed sheets were not fitted to the mattress and the pillows were not comfortable.

We had a great stay - my only issue was with how gross the ceiling was and the amount of dust piled on the top of my headboard. One night we had to evacuate the hotel for no apparent reason, and there was no microwave. Otherwise we had a great time. Highly recommend the beef wellington at Gordon Ramsey's!

The hotel needs updated, the room was musty, the bed was hard. For the price I expected it to be a little better.

I noticed some recent room remodeling, it was definitely needed, nice to see.
