Nice pool. Really handy for Metro Comfy beds Small shower

I was at 1st floor and i was disturbed in the middle of the night by peophe talking loud outside, in front of the room. Despite this, welcome and the room was perfect

Friendly, helpful and a good swimming pool. Nice touches like free soda water plus in afternoon a jug of juice etc. Use of fridge after check out etc.

L'hôtel était en travaux lors de notre séjour et la chambre n'était pas propre du tout. Sinon chambre spacieuse et confortable.

personnel très gentil bon accueil et bon confort Dommage que la porte de la douche ne soit pas étanche ( mal montée ( joint plus haut que la butée ) il faudrait arranger ça c'est vraiment gênant et on vous l'a certaeiment déjà signalé : chaque douche inonde la salle de bain

We arrived by the Metro but didn't manage to choose the correct exit so a long hilly walk with luggage was not so good. You need to take the 'sortie' at the end of the platform up the stairs and turn right. This bring you out to the street right next to the hotel. We didn't have breakfast there of use use the pool. There was no coffee machine in the room, which I expect in France. Our room was a bit 'tired' but functional. We would stay there again.

Appart hotel pas très propre. Mauvaise odeur dans les parties communes. Traces de moisissure dans la salle de bain. Mobilier vieillot.

L’établissement est globalement correct. Literie confortable, propreté ok, vente de boissons et plats cuisinés à l’accueil. La salle de bain mérite un coup de fraîcheur. Bien placé à côté du métro.

Wouldn’t encourage you to book unless you are not very desperate or staying just for a night . It’s filthy , there was dust on all of the furnitures , I sorry from terrible hayfever and couldn’t cope with the dust in the room and the carpets def need deep cleaning. The whole building needs refurbishing.

Bon rapport qualité prix situé juste à côté de la station de métro Jolimont. l'appartement necessiterait qqs petits travaux de modernisation pour être au top notamment pour disposer de prises électriques dans le coin cuisine et à proximité du bureau.

Chambre spacieuse avec toute les commodités pour cuisiner. Les supermarchés à proximité.

the heater didn't really work. had 1 string and turned off in 5 mins. also cold air was blowing from a vent non stop. i was cold. also you are expected to be your own maid...clean the kitchen and take out trash. too expensive for all this trouble. if you do not clean you will get fined. i was not made aware of this before i booked. rule was on the wall

Room is clean but carpet is old and part of it smells Bathroom ventilation fan doesn't seem to work Furniture is falling a part, headrest of chair in room fell apart when I sat on it and I remember seeing something broken in lift on somewhere else Bed is comfy and location is good, only 3 stops by metro from Centre(CAPITOL) I had an incident where air conditioning stops working atnight, staff couldn't help find a room and I had to stay in heat till morning However staff communication skills and customer service was poor as she kept saying "there is nothing I can do for you" I and she didn't even bother to say sorry Next day another staff member, "said they are trying their best" I requested diwcou t on night without air conditioning, staff said no and when I said I am asthmatic and need air and would have not to continue my stay, she said you can leave in morning but this night is charged(note I have paid for full stay) Anyway staff is not great lacking communication skills and customer service skills, depending on whose duty it is May be stay if it a night or two, but definetly there are better place at same price in the city

Le séjour c’est très bien passé , et l’accueil étais à l’écoute .

Welcoming staff, metro station right behind the hotel building, kitchen in the room. Cheap price. Very good overall.
