Our experience at the Springfield Hotel was exceptional. The attentive, caring and very professional staff made our stay so enjoyable. We were treated with the utmost respect and kindness. Staff who we had the privilege to interact with were Linda at the front desk and Caroline in the dining room. We had very pleasant interaction with other staff but didn’t get names to mention. The restaurant was very good and we enjoyed our breakfasts and a lunch while staying there. Everyone was very accommodating. Above and beyond!

Rooms are spacious and well appointed. Staff are excellent

Good location, friendly staff, rooms tidy just lacking quality of 4th star. No spa facilitates lets down the hotel and inconsistency in room condiments. Check in was slow and mismanaged taxi bookings etc.

Large, clean rooms. Restaurant was good.

We stayed in a wheelchair accessible room. Unfortunately the entrance to the bathroom was not readily accessible as it was too narrow. The bathroom itself was very well equipped for a person with limited mobility.
