The bed was comfortable. The shower was not suitable for a hotel it’s a tap going into a shower tray which is just not right. No restaurant no bar the single glazed windows were thicker than the walls if you want cheap and cheerful your ok. But this was well below the level of a travel lodge let alone and independent hotel.

You get what you pay for. This is a clean and tidy property in a great place to visit Stratford etc. Free parking. The place however looked tired and in need of a bit of tlc. The tv didn’t work which was a bit disappointing since the WC semi final was on.

Quite possibly the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. From the mould on the bed frame, to the broken shower, the stinking drains, to the abandoned cars, vans and lawnmowers all over the car park. Not to mention the closed down restaurant that now houses the scariest looking Cane Corso dog you are ever likely to see! Why on earth Hotels.com have this on their platform is beyond me. This place is ran by what looks like gangsters and does not feel safe in the slightest. If I had somewhere else I could have stayed I would not have gone within a mile of the is place! DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL!

Did not reply back to messsges regarding access to the room as their staff had finished check in hours, so wasted money.

We stayed here for one night last week. For the price we paid we were happy. Bed was comfortable, parking right outside. The room was clean, reception efficient when we checked in and box to leave key card as we left early. It did feel like a 1960's holiday chalet style accommodation but for £50 we were happy.

Hotel Rafiyah is a lovely place to stay with easy access to Redditch and surrounding areas. The hotel its self is usually quiet and you can easily get a good night sleep in its comfy rooms. Excellent value for money. Parking is availiable on site. Would highly recommend

The room door would not open all the way and the bathroom door would not close. They need a grab bar at the end of the tub to reduce the risk of injury when getting out of the shower (tub had high sides and the bottom was a few inches higher than the floor). Curtains would have been a nice addition given that the blinds did not provide full privacy from the people who i could see walking past my window. A bin in the bathroom would have been nice as would some kind of doormat so i didnt track in muck from outside. The bed was comfortable and the shower pressure was good.

This has to be one of worst hotels in the world! First impressions when you arrive say it all! Never ever again! And it just gets worse when you get to your room!
