We received incredible attention from all the hotel employees. The rooms were very clean and with amenities such as coffee and tea.

The Bathroom was stinky with Urine smell. they haven't cleaned the floor for ages.

No ceiling fan and no air conditioning in the room . Restaurant next door owned by them was closed My wife being asthmatic patient had requested them to make them check out but they did not do go with the request so she had to stay with my daughter. In the same room .

The location was good and woukd havr brrn easy to find had the motorway access not been closed. The staff (bar and reception) were absolutely great. The room was clean enough, and thr shower powerful. However, on one of rhe hottest days of the summer, my inability to open the window more than a slit meant it was quite warm in the room.

I have stayed here many times as the hotels offers good value, Comfort and ease of access. We will use the hotel again

Reception, dining area and food very good, only I thought the bedroom could do with revamping. The way the beds were placed there was no room to use the chairs.

Lovely helpful reception staff. Good room clean and spacious. Restaurant staff very friendly, food & drink good.

Great quite hotel, no frills, just what was needed for BUT film festival, little bit out of the way though

Used this hotel many times. Good parking. Shower sealant mouldy. Temps were high 30s but no controlled air conditioning in room. Had to open window which was next to main road.

Great for the price, but nothing exciting.

First of all the staff were extremely apologetic and helpful. My room on the ground wasn’t turned over completely, the bathroom was dirty and the towels from the last guest were on the floor. The room also smelt of stale cigarette smoke even though it’s a non smoking room. This hotel has no AC so the windows were left open. But this also invited mosquitos and the likes to share the room with me. I didn’t get a good nights sleep and woke up with bite marks everywhere. Unfortunately there were no other rooms available to move to however I was offered a free breakfast as way of apology. This may have been a one off but I wouldn’t be considering this hotel again based on this experience.

Great stop over

The staff was very nice and lobby looks great, however, the bathroom was not so nice. Mold in the shower and the soap dispenser was broken. The luggage candy was also broken and there were no Kleenex in the tissue Bo’s.

Very friendly welcome. Understood celiac problem. Service in dinning room quite slow. Easy parking when we found the entrance. Very convenient just off motorway for onward travel.

Chose to use this hotel because my usual one was fully booked. I would say it's okay for a night. Reception friendly and helpful. Room adequate - bath with shower unusual these days! Breakfast was good. Price is competitive so value okay in my view.

It was a great hotel for the concert we went to on Saturday night! Walking distance was perfect. The hotel staff were really nice, accommodating, and relaxed :)

Secure parking important for me. Quiet area.
