We had a great time staying at Mozart Prague. What an incredible location with fantastic services.

The room was nice and view amazing . The restaurant was unassuming, but the food was great! The hotel was centrally located with easy walking distance everywhere, from Old Town to the Saint Charles bridge. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Beautiful hotel and staff were very helpful. Concierge helped book a private tour and guide and took care of all the details. Room was beautiful and had so much character.

We booked a superior king for one week. First night we were allocated room 108, which was definitely not a superior room…in fact our key card folder had a different number that had been whited out (204). Go figure. The first room was musty, dingy, bad light, no a/c and the bathroom is frankly poorly designed and dangerous. Specifically the shower is when you first enter with no walls, just a downslope than drains. This is important as the floor is marble and you need to walk through the wet floor to use the toilet…very slippery. We were unable to change the room until the next day, after a long discussion about the difference between the photos on their website and the reality. Anyway we were moved to a room we paid for the next day but the hotel still misses alot of little things. For example two single duvets on a king size bed, like what?, no ironing board, the shower head was way too powerful, no lining on the shower door so the floor becomes soaked ( again). Staff were very pleasant - Juliana and Allan in particular.

It is a historic property and the structure of the room we had was very strange. The toilet is in a small closet! The hard wood floor has dark spots, presumably molds. The used glass ware and ceramic cups are simply cleaned by the lady in the room, without proper sanitation. The bed was too soft.

The property is beautiful, and the staff were terrific. It is centrally located to nearly every attraction.

We had a very large room with character. We very much liked the buffet breakfast and relaxing in the courtyard. All the staff were very helpful and courteous. The location was excellent with a well connected tram stop just outside. The tram service and metro were very good and the pid app was easy to use. Prague was a very clean and safe city. We would recommend the city and the hotel to friends, family and work colleagues

We arrived in Prague during the June 2026 extreme heatwave after spending an extra 2.5 hours on what was supposed to be a 4 hour train ride from Vienna due to the extreme heat. We were immediately greeted by the kindest and most welcoming hotel staff member who told us that we received an expected room upgrade. Our sentiments immediately changed for the better. We were upgraded to Room #201 and our daughters were in Room #211, both of which had superb views of the Prague Castle AND air conditioning, which was most welcome during the extreme heat wave. The hotel is a refurbished palace where Mozart once stayed. In addition to its historical significance, the Mozart Hotel is simply beautiful and charming and is located within close walking distance to the Charles Bridge and other key sites in old town Prague. We also ate at the hotel restaurant which was delicious. Everyone that we encountered at the Mozart Hotel was helpful, kind and caring. We would definitely stay here again if we every return to Prague!

The customer service at The Mozart was amazing! The air conditioning in our river view room was not working. After having maintenance personnel look into the problem, the staff moved us into a suite for the following night. They carried our luggage across the property for us and made it easy for us. Then the following day they moved us into another river view room with working air conditioning. The staff was wonderful throughout these issues, and they even gave us free breakfast for the trouble.

We had a reservation for the executive room but they were all full when we arrived. The only one they had was in the attic without windows on third floor with no elevator access. They took us to an "upgraded room" with a beautiful view through the windows, but, the air conditioning was suboptimal and the temperatures were hovering in high 90's, so we were very uncomfortable at night. There was no hot water on the first day we were there. I don't consider this hotel as a 5-star hotel. I will not stay there in the future.

First, you notice the hotel’s gorgeous architecture and your beautiful room. Ours was painted with frescoes from long ago. But then you realize that the best part of this hotel is its people. Everyone, the manager, the restaurant staff and the bartenders are absolutely wonderful. Allan, the Concierge, gave us such an entertaining tour. Imagine!! Mozart and Casanova walked within the walls of this historic hotel. Can’t wait to visit again!

Great location right near Charles Bridge and 10 minute walk from Old Town, as well as helpful and thoughtful staff. Room was nice looking but air-conditioning was very weak and we had a really tough time cooling off and sleeping in the late June heatwave. Think this may be a growing issue as climate change effects start to regularly show up - time to invest in some good A/C, please.
