Large, spacious room facing the river and the castle could not have been better. Double insulated glass kept it a peaceful retreat in the heart of the city. Easy walking to the bars and restaurants of the Old Town but also easy access to the shops of New Town. Very helpful and friendly staff. The room was meticulously cleaned each day. Would be my 1st choice again when we return.

I really like this hotel. Everyone is very nice and the hotel is very clean. The rooms have everything you can look for or want from a nice hotel. There are two general buildings- the old one where Mozart stayed in suite 213 (from 1700s, which has no elevator) and the newer one (with an elevator and I think 4 floors) perhaps with the past 200 years. I stayed in the loft of the old one, and even when I was offered to move to the newer building, I thought my room was simply too charming to give up (albeit smaller and only side and top windows). Breakfast was also reasonably good. I would stay there again. The location is premium!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Prague. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile. The room was neat, very clean, and a giant size, making our stay comfortable and relaxing. The location is perfect and cannot get any better. It is right in the heart of everything, with all the main attractions, cafés, restaurants, and shops just steps away. Perfect for exploring Prague on foot. Highly recommended!

Hard to describe how much we enjoyed our 5 nights at The Mozart. The staff, location, room were all amazing. Oksana, mgr on duty throughout our stay way terrific. Everyone was so helpful w suggestions for dining, day trips etc. Highly recommend a stay at The Mozart.

This hotel staff couldn’t do more for you . Excellent hospitality. Great location for seeing the city . GPS is a little tricky getting us there - as it’s a one way street . This is not your typical commercial hotel. Our room was spectacular. We loved every minute .

Every part of our stay in Prague and especially at the Mozart was incredible. The hotel has such character and the staff was super helpful and friendly… Especially Allen! I would highly recommend staying there. The location was extremely convenient and quiet even though it’s not a very busy street.

Excellent hotel

Mozart hotel staff are super amazing, very helpful, always smiling, and most are very respectful. The place is super clean, and unexpectedly, the room and the bathroom are great. I never made a mistake picking this hotel; it's near and walkable to most tourist attractions. If I ever return to Prague, I will book this hotel again. The restaurant food is great.

Amazing property, absolutely beautiful, and the staff were incredibly good and made the stay feel like I had paid ten times more. Only concerns were that the WiFi didn't seem to work, and I had no hot water in the morning... I don't want this to reflect poorly on the staff, but maybe work on the facilities a bit

This establishment is steeped in history and luxury. Every room is unique, the food and drinks are amazing, and the team are all amazing. Special thanks to Allan, appreciate the tour! Definitely, definitely visiting again!
