The staff was so helpful. We felt very welcomed upon arrival. The breakfast was wonderful. Great place to stay and hope to be back.

Our stay was amazing! The views are magnificent, the service stellar and friendly and the kindness and amenities overflowing! We are well traveled and have a big bucket list, but cannot wait to return!

Our room was a sea view with a balcony but the room and bathroom was very old and dated. There was no hot water unless you ran the tap Or shower for over 12/14 mins. For that price I’d expect a nice room and bathroom not an old dated one with mouldy old tiles and sanitary ware.

Being so close to the water was great! We had a great time!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the property. Breakfast and dinners were very good. We took advantage of the seafood at every meal. Sea bass, Dorado , colvina , grilled calamar. Deserts ans salads were also fantastic. We stayed for 6 days and drove to different parts of the island and used the hotel as home base. No trip was further than an 1: 15 drive. Parking is 20e per day, water is charged extra, but we went to the shop across the street where is was 1.50 for 1.5 liters. A beautiful sand beach is just a 10 min walk. Will stay again when we return to Mallorca

The hotel is very run down. VERY bad shape. Bad smell is in the room. Very noisy , dirty floor. So much that the manager gave us an upgrade to a suite which was worse without internet, no phone to call for room service, no tv and a smell of dirty toilet. It is not cheap , hence by surprise

Staff are fantastic. Room was clean and fresh. Food was absolutely the best I’ve had in recent years in other hotels. Location is good for local beach and bus into Palma. Great holiday!

The view from our room was absolutely stunning, especially at auntie. The breakfast was great with lots of options. The the pools and outdoor areas were amazing. Would recommend!

Buffet breakfast & diner were very good & varied. Staff friendly & helpful. A large extended character property which takes a little adjusting.

Overall, the hotel delivers a great experience in many respects, with excellent amenities, a prime location, beautiful views, and a fantastic breakfast. Unfortunately, the biggest disappointment was the bedroom itself. The rooms feel quite outdated, and the beds are not as comfortable as expected for a hotel of this standard. While I genuinely enjoyed my stay overall, the condition of the bedrooms took away from what could have been an exceptional experience. With some updates and improvements to the rooms, this hotel could easily match the high quality it offers in every other area.

A wonderful hotel, has amazing views and the breakfast is fantastic. Staff are so friendly and welcoming. I would highly recommend.

Excellent location

This hotel exceeded our expectations! It was absolutely stunning and the staff was so courteous and went above and beyond for us. Jous was one of the friendliest staff members who truly showed us incredible hospitality and we would recommend this hotel to anyone! Breakfast was delicious, room was clean, and the views were unbeatable.

Beautiful view of the sea, the staff was incredibly nice and made my stay easy! The spa is nice, the pools and beach are beautiful, and the hotel itself was very clean. Would stay here again if I ever come back!
