I really love staying here because of the staff. They are kind and friendly. Pleasant to talk with and jolly. The flowers on the property are really well looked after. Tis quite beautiful! I will keep booking with them. Breakfast is amazing !

Room and building were very clean. Staff were super friendly. Breakfast had a great selection and good hours. Only thing that needs to be improved are the rooms; they are quite outdated but it kind of adds to the charm and character. That said, yellow tubs and toilets are something extra. I would definitely stay here again.

The pool was closed down. The TV in our room was broken the phone in our room was broken the hot water in the shower was scolding hot it was very difficult to adjust the temperature and it's extremely noisy with the traffic driving by all night

Rooms, cleanliness, staff support were nice. Concern was elevator not available to carry the luggage to the 2nd floor.

Great location. Close to many restuarants, pharmacy, wine store. The biking/walking path to downtown is about 2 blocks away.

The Dilworth hits all the major points. Location was great to downtown only a few minutes drive away. The price can’t be beat for what you get. The beds are comfortable. The rooms are clean. The breakfast was good. Staff was very friendly.. The neighborhood was safe. I don’t think there’s much else to say… I loved my stay.

We needed to make use of the hide a bed, but when we opened it there was garbage in there. We informed the staff and they brought us a cot. We were only brought one sheet to cover the mattress and no top sheet, and the sheet had multiple stains. The mattress had a large tear at the bottom. When we moved the sofa to put the cot there it was all dirty under the sofa.

The hotel was very clean and the efficiency unit was quite large with a nice balcony. Bed was comfy and pillows were excellent. Location was great and we were able to walk to find a good place for a meal. The breakfast had good basic variety( bagels, toast, cereal, yogurt, fruit) and the staff were lovely. Would definitely stay again. 👍

Very affordable pet friendly place with friendly staff!

The breakfast was the usual but still good enough. The kitchenette in my room had all that was needed and easy to use. I found the room cleanliness could use a bit of work, but overall okay. the staff was super friendly and very responsive to any thing that came up. the location is good.

Checking in they found out my wife was disabled and moved our room to main floor and close to exit as she smokes. Staff everywhere i met them very helpful and polite. We had a great stay. Breakfast was Awsome also.
