Outside spaces were amazing. Booked double with terrace. Terrace overlooked busy road and residential flats. Bathroom was very well equipped but needed some updating.

Nice Hotel not in the best area. About 15 to 20 minutes walk from the city center a little further than we would like. The hotel is nice and the staff provides good service.

Business hotel in the business district, 10 to 15 minutes to the old quarter. Otherwise a good hotel, with good food and lovely staff.

Nice couple of days by the pool and visiting Murcia Bullring for the Simple Minds concert. Staff were nice, facilities were good. Hotel is only a 10-15 min walk to the bullring so ideal for my trip. I’ll come back.

We booked this hotel as we were going to a concert at the bullring. The on site parking, pool and bar area made this so much more than a stopover hotel.

An amazing hotel with great staff and care and attention shown throughout our trip. The facility is clean, the breakfast buffet had loads of choice and the pool was beautiful! Very happy with our trip.

The hotel room is rundown and lacks complimentary water, which is a standard feature in four-star hotels. The location is far from the centre or main stores, so you’ll need to take a car or taxi. The staff are not particularly friendly, which is a stark contrast to what you’d expect from a luxury hotel. I highly recommend booking another accommodation.

Receptionist staff was great. Breakfast Buffett was not good. Had problem with shower. Fridge did not work.

It was what we expected. The check-in with parking included was easy.
