Loved the heritage and vibe. The music and lounge with cocktail hour was a nice after work enjoyment.

I was forced to leave the hotel after six nights. I felt quite at home. I would definitely come back. The tea is awesome. In the room, there were some minor flaws but the staff were overwhelming welcoming from day 1 to the end. It is a hotel I would recommend especially if you are looking for a jacuzzi. I love the fireplace as well. It would be perfect to have the jacuzzi face the TV but cant have everything.

Sam at the front desk when I arrived provided excellent costumer service. The stay was comfortable and provided an ambiance not found in modern hotels. Id happily stay again.

Absolutely a wonderful stay at The Great Great, as usual (have stayed there many times). Can't wait to return in August!

The staff was welcoming and incredibly helpful when we had any questions. Loved the atmosphere of the property and the breakfast was simple but delicious! I also appreciated there being ample parking. Only con was there was no microwave in the room or in the main lobby which would have been useful.

Would like to ice removed from sidewalks... across the street they were all clean. "Complex takes in a large city block requiring time spent on street. Our room was wonderful . Deluxe king with enormous fireplce and two rooms.

Wonderful staff! This is a stunning property within easy walking distance to great restaurants, downtown shopping, and entertainment.

The room was excellent and we had the best time, the jacuzzi bathtub was the best part! We’ll definitely be back again!

Everything was lovely! A tiny warning to others is that the heating unit makes a significant sound when it turns on (happened occasionally during the night hours).

Great experience, they have the main hotel and then 4 or 5 renovated buildings into suites, ours was 4 suites to a building.

Room was clean, shower a challenge for tall person due to weird roof. One pillar was rotted on the deck needing repair.

It is a lovely hotel right across the Cathedral of St Dunstan. Very very nice and the staff was very accommodating.

Staff are all so very helpful!
