Nice hotel. Clean and nice view of the Palma bay from the hotel. Will stay again in the future.

Can't say we only slept there for one night and spend most of the time out.

Old style no frills hotel. My room was comfortable and clean . Pool and restaurant is best part of hotel. Staff are all friendly and great. Overall good stay.

Property was nice, pool facility good. Good was lovely. For anyone with heart or respiratory issues you will need transport to get to the hotel. No issues, enjoyed our stay.

The hotel room was clean a little basic but with everything needed. Views were fab, a fair way out of main area of Palma an hours walk each way. Taxis organised by hotel very efficient and reasonable. Food in hotel was good particularly the BBQ and fairly priced Staff were friendly and helpful

Very comfortable stay. Parking nearby was easy. Good breakfast. Lovely outside space for drinking, eating and relaxing. Only downside was no complimentary tea and coffee in room with the kettle!

Not sure where to start! Disappointed throughout the stay…. Room messy and grubby upon check in, TV hanging off the wall (so I had to remove for safety reasons!), safe didn’t work, soap dispensers broken, no AC working, bed not even made properly and sheets not changed. What made it worse is that the staff were unwilling to make anything better, I was always told ‘I’ll let someone know’. Hugely disappointed in this hotel.

Terrible property with terrible accommodations and terrible service. The bed does not have a real mattress. Rather, it’s a thin and uncomfortable piece of foam that gave us terrible neck and back pain. The pillows were also uncomfortable and underfilled. On our second day there, we discovered an ant infestation and killed about 30 ants. The staff was extremely unhelpful; we did not receive any compensation nor even a new room with no ants. The staff was also stingy with the towels and would limit how many new towels we could get during our stay.

Reasonably priced for an expensive island ! Just what you need I visited in the summer for 2 days on a weekend I'd say the age range of people are mid 20s to mid 30s No one too rowdy People ready for a night on the town The wait staff was great and they played great pool music from a respectfully loud speaker It's just what you need Near some walkable restaurants and am average of a $14-$17 Uber ride to the old city center for all the convenience Check in was a breeze They have a gym And serve a low priced breakfast Rooms were nothing special but clean and adequate

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms was cleaned everyday and the staff were really friendly and helpful. The location was very central to Palma centre. We would recommend this hotel for couples.

Loved it

Good public transport just outside to make up for the hotel not being in a good location. Not a nice looking area and difficult to walk down to the sea. Not straightforward. Friendly staff. Lovely view from our room.

I did not like how they did not have a bellman or secure bell closet. When I arrived early they told me to simply store my luggage in a room where all other gueat luggage was. Anyone could simply walk in and take whatever they want of they wanted to. The bell closet was not secure whatsoever so i did not feel comfortable leaving my bags there. Also the bathub was a large corner jacuzzi bathtub with no shower curtain. It made showering awkward and challenging without getting water all over the floor. Other than that nice hotel
