Good atmosphere, good room condition, very good service

I have had an excellent experience at this hotel. The hotel is not only situated in the strategically superb location, but it has welcoming staffs who extended a very warm welcome and empathy. Especially Khun Mai, receptionist, is the one among them whom I had admired on her gratitude and generosity. She allowed me to have early check-in as well as providing a personnel to first aid upon my request as I got the bike accident during my ride to the hotel and needing to clean up my wounds in time. Staffs here greeting me with great smiles and some nice talks.The hotel area is so wide and functional, breakfast area is very enjoyable looking out with the 3 country's territories aside great Mekong River. Rooms and beds are just great and it is recommended to come and visit.
