We were welcomed by all the staff. We had a Sunday lunch which was delicious. The hotel is very well situated for trains and riverside restaurants.Also able to park on site . We had a few problems with the air conditioning but it was rectified very quickly.

Location for Hampton Court very good, evening meals reasonably priced for London. Breakfast was good! One negative the bed mattresses need looking at they have metal clips supporting the mattress and if you are a side sleeper they dig into you and hurt making the sleeping experience not a great one. Otherwise this would have been a higher score.

Excellent location,good parking.Structurally sound , clean and well decorated. Food and service was first class.

A nice hotel in a decent location close to the river . Although close to busy roads not much traffic noise. Friendly staff and a good quality breakfast. Parking spaces at the rear end we were lucky to get a charging point for our car . As a gesture they offer guests a 15% discount on food and drink . We will definitely return to this hotel and we highly recommend it to other travellers

Really lovely! Perfect stay for Richmond, Hampton Court Palace or nearby!

A wonderful stay, the only complaint being we were there for only the one night! Fantastic room, great food and excellent service. Without doubt we will return thank you.

Absolute gem of a hotel . The staff were all so welcoming and friendly. The room was beautifully decorated and lovely and cool with air conditioning. All the little extras in the room were so well thought out like the Nespresso coffee machine, fridge and toiletries. We will stay again

Great hotel with excellent breakfast!

We stayed two nights. The car park was a decent size, the room was lovely and clean and had everything we needed and the staff we friendly and polite. It was a perfect place to base ourselves for a day at Wimbledon. The train station was just a ten minutes walk away. The only thing that could have been better... The first morning we had breakfast I was told there was no decaf coffee and that peppermint tea would be extra (not included with the breakfast). I opted for the tea. The next morning I asked for the peppermint tea and said I knew it wasn't included, a different person said that it was included and that the previous tea had been taken off my bill. I later found at that there was also decaf coffee. It was amusing if a little frustrating but didn't ruin my stay.

We had a nice stay, the train station is close so easy to get around. The hotel is well kept, staff are very friendly and helpful. There was however a poor greeting from the receptionist on our arrival, which didn't create a good first impression. Our room was well equipped for a short stay, good breakfast.

Secure parking if you arrive early

Pleasant modern rooms, lovely staff and a great breakfast. Very handy having a decent pub on your doorstep 🙂 Great stay - would return.

We only spent one night during the June 2026 heatwave, the hotel had AC which was amazing with 36/37°C outside, iced water available at reception also most welcome. Hotel and room were, clean and tidy and the staff were smart, friendly and keen to make sure your stay was the best it could be. Bar prices were excellent and breakfast was spot on. 10/10 and we are already talking about returning for a bit longer next time.

Beautiful hotel, great breakfast, convenient location to lots of shops and restaurants, easy parking. Rooms were large and comfortable. Discount for the pub/restaurant downstairs was a nice bonus. Would highly recommend!

Excellent customer service

A wonderful stay as always. Beautiful superior suite, comfy big bed, roll top bath in room was amazing. Lovely staff, The breakfast and dinner is always fantastic.

We loved this hotel. Close to Kingston Bridge. Lovely staff. Great breakfast. The rooms had everything including fresh milk. We would definitely stay again.
