Reception staff and porters were great. Roof top terrace fans don’t work so very hot. For a 5 star disappointing service, had to wait a long time, not enough staff. Room was average nothing special, air con didn’t get cold, no coffee or tea in room, bed linen stiff and uncomfortable. Service at breakfast good but food choice average. The location is excellent.

Great stay in a beautiful and elegant hotel. Very historic and centrally located. Staff is great and always willing to help.

The hotel is a true Verona staple. Right in the middle of everything, walking distance to g th he main attractions and best restaurants of the city.i love the atmosphere, the place is very well kept and the staff incredibly helpful and friendly. The only thing I would add is a Nespresso machine in the room!

Very good experience

An absolutely wonderful hotel — I can wholeheartedly recommend it to everyone! It’s definitely in the top 5 hotels I’ve stayed at in my life. The design and atmosphere are stunning, and the team is incredibly friendly and welcoming. We dined in the restaurant downstairs every day, where we enjoyed expertly prepared fish dishes — truly a culinary delight. Oh, and their wine is excellent too! This place is fantastic — a must-visit experience you simply shouldn’t miss!

The hotel is beautiful. It is in a great location. The staff couldn’t do enough to make our stay perfect. We will stay here again in the future.

Staying in Due Torri is the best decision we ever made. Everything is superb. The staff are all so friendly, helpful and so kind. The moment you step out of the taxi or your car, someone will immediately come out to assist you with your baggage.

The staff is amazing. Elizabeth, Sara and Martino super nice people, excellent customer service. The hotel is beautiful, the room clean, comfortable, beautiful. The breakfast was delicious. We loved everything.

Superb hotel with excellent staff.

This hotel is filled with history and in a great location. Don’t miss seeing Saint Anastasia church right next door! The breakfast was plentiful and classy. Our room was quiet and the mattress comfortable.

Fantastic historic hotel in the center of old Verona. Staff was friendly from taking my bags out of the taxi to reserving the spa for me. Enjoyed the amazing art and details throughout the property. Our business conference onsite was amazing. Coffee break in the lobby was decadent and the croissants were amazing. 3 course lunches with wine pairings were a bonus. Concierge was helpful to make dinner reservations at high quality restaurants. I really enjoyed my stay.

Exceptional Stay! Our experience was incredible! The staff was welcoming and attentive from the moment we arrived. The room was spotless, beautifully designed. The food, especially breakfast was outstanding—Every detail exceeded our expectations. Highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing or business getaway in the center of historial Verona. We have stayed here several times and enjoyed every stay! The staff attention to detail is always exceptional!!

Nice people great workers and knowledgeable

Due Torri is by far the best hotel in Verona. The rooms, friendly staff, and overall service were incredible. Ciro, at the front desk, made our stay all the better. Cannot wait to comeback to Verona and stay at Due Torri again.
