My family and I have been staying at the Riviera for years. The location of the hotel is fantastic not only because of the beach nearby but also due to a tennis club right across the street, shops nearby, good restaurants etc. Breakfast at the hotel is excellent and the bathrooms in the rooms have been updated. I would suggest reconsidering the terrible hairdryers and the tv rooms and bar which need urgent works.

Hotel is a bit outdated and lacks in certain areas but was a pleasant stay. Reception very helpful and overall no issues. Just lacks in certain areas such as the breakfast buffet would run out of some items and towels were inconsistently replaced (bidet towels were there first day but then never seen again during stay). I would say this is more of a 3 star hotel rather than 4. 10 min walk to the beach and plenty of restaurants nearby for evening. Handy supermarket shop next door that you can access directly from the hotel.

Stepping into this hotel felt very comfortable; the lobby staff were amiable and very polite. I am grateful to the staff member who offered us an upgrade to a VIP room. However, since I am not used to sharing a bed, my son and I had to decline her kind offer. In the end, we were settled into a twin-bed room with a sea view. ​The bathroom was very clean, though one must be careful getting in and out of the bathtub—especially for someone of my age. ​The breakfast was quite good, but as a vegetarian, there weren't many options. It would be even better if there were more plant-based vegetarian dishes available!

Very nice room but would have appreciated tea/coffee and water at no extra cost in the room. Other 4* hotels we stayed at have supplied them. But overall very good. Helpful staff, lovely facilities and good breakfast.

Indeed after returning 5th time to your hotel for 1-2 weeks each stay the welcome felt like first time. Everyone was ok but we did not feel like it. We reached breakfast 9:45 but we felt like we are to late - no table prepared and most parts got already prepared for lunch ...

AC worked well, room was clean, Staff was professional and cordial. Attached shopping center, had good variety.

As it was December didn’t need a/c or pool. Staff friendly and helpful

The main pictures advertised about the hotel are the ones of the Spa, which is not included in the stay. So it is at least misleading. I had plans to go to the indoors pool, which did not exist.

Tudo muito bom! Só precisa melhorar a qualidade do papel higiênico. Muito inferior ao padrão do hotel.

Parking 15€ per day ,for those on a low budget it also has a shopping center on the ground floor
