This hotel is in a great location. Ideally located for exploring all the main sights, with a vaporetto stop just outside as well. It’s on the grand canal with is extra special yet in a quiet location just off the main busy areas. The hotel and rooms are lovely, well maintained and everything is of good quality. Nice breakfast, lovely courtyard seating available. Staff were all super helpful and attentive. Highly recommend!

We stayed at this wonderful hotel for a week in January and had a fantastic stay. The hotel has it's own pier, and is about 15 steps away from the water taxi/bus stop (direct from the airport). It's directly on the Grand canal with stunning views including the Rialto bridge. It's beautiful inside and out. The staff were absolutely amazing, friendly, helpful and always on hand. Our room, and indeed the whole hotel, was sumptuously decorated in the Venitian style. Our gorgeous bathroom was all marble and and felt very luxurious. Our king bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was fantastic! A wide range of choices that changed daily, other than the perfect scrambled eggs which were served daily. We were looked after by their delightful breakfast staff, managed by the wonderful Houria. This hotel really has an eye for detail!

Venice’s tourist volume is no secret, yet this hotel manages the constant flow with remarkable grace. The rooms are spotless, the location couldn’t be better, and the staff bring a warmth and attentiveness that feels anything but routine. Genuinely impressive ❤️

Convenient location on the Grand Canal and about 15 minutes (walking) from St. Mark's Square. Easy to get to from the train station. The staff was welcoming, friendly, and helpful. Our room was very comfortable, although the shower door does not prevent water from spilling all over the floor (slippery). We did not have enough cold water in the shower (a plumbing issue, I suppose) so we had to be very careful not to get scalded when turning on the hot water! Breakfast was awesome. The hotel has a nice bar overlooking the Grand Canal.

Great location, with the Orange Line Alilaguna from the airport stopping right in front of the hotel. The reception was very kind and upgraded me to a junior suite. The room was well maintained with classic period décor, though the renovation felt inconsistent and some areas were a bit too dated for my taste. Breakfast was mediocre. I’ve stayed at their sister hotel, the Centurion near the Dogana, which is on a higher level overall. I chose this hotel to watch the Carnival opening regatta on the Grand Canal—close to Rialto but not directly at it. While the regatta is visible from the hotel and the area is less crowded, the pier was blocked for safety and the view (and photos) were limited, with shadows around late morning. For events like this, the opposite side of the canal offers a better vantage point.
