Very friendly staff, breakfast was the best, gave us a Togo box for breakfast, central location, room and hotel was super clean. It was money well spent and made difference for our stay in Catania.

We couldn't fault our stay—everything was excellent from start to finish. Check-in was quick and efficient, with Erika being especially friendly and helpful, which made us feel very welcome. Our room was clean and spacious, providing a comfortable base for our visit. When we went to reception to book a table at the hotel restaurant for dinner and breakfast, Rita greeted us with a cheerful and helpful attitude, adding to the positive experience. The rooftop restaurant is a highlight not to be missed. The food at dinner and breakfast was delicious breakfast with many Sicilian treats, and the view of Mount Etna made it truly memorable. Highly recommended!

We were very happy with reception, breakfast (well done with the vegetarian and vegan breakfast options and lovely staff) and the room, but disappointed with the rooftop restaurant. The maitre d wasn’t overly helpful; and the food was far less appetising than at most restaurants or at home - a bit overhyped and overpriced. The servers were lovely; and the cocktails good. We would stay again but avoid the restaurant food.

Clean, comfortable hotel with excellent breakfast and wonderful, accommodating staff. The front desk could not have been more helpful.

Old rundown and smelly

Great service, very clean & comfortable, and a great location. We were a group of seven friends traveling together and we all enjoyed our stay. We also enjoyed the rooftop drinks and the view! Great spot to use as a base for exploring Catania. We would stay there again!

Loved staying st this hotel. Perfect to stay in Catania for 1 night as our flight landed late. Upgrading for breakfast on the roof terrace is worth it for a first view of Etna on our trip. The breakfast was excellent. Staff were lovely. An extremely smart hotel on the Main Street, doubt you can’t get much better in Catania

Una Palace Hotel, Catania is superb. Wonderful staff at the desk and Allessio and Alexandro in the roof top restaurantand bar, helpful and first rate! A great weekend stay. The food is sublime.My 4th visit this year.

Great location for city center options!

All staffs were great, warm and friendly. They sincerely showed their interest to make sure our stay was satisfactory. And we were!

Good hotel in an excellent location, but price could be more affordable for the quality

This was an extraordinary hotel in the heart of Catania. Across the street is a La Rinascente. (Italy’s Major Department Store) Max Mara and Foot Locker are on the first floor before you enter and Sephora is across the street. The rooms are spacious, with an amazing bed and deep soaker tub. The price tag is a steep, I was fortunate that I had Expedia Credit, I will say if I was not on a budget I would easily stay here and pay the price. It was worth every penny!

A very nice property with a great central location in the heart of Catania.

We really liked this property. Very convenient to shopping (higher end and tourist items) and the historical sites. excellent restaurants at different price points also. The bed seemed firm initially, but my back and hip discomfort went away after the first night! Makes me rethink my sleep options back home! Highly recommend.

A first-class hotel in the Centre of Catania, the staff were professional and friendly in all areas of the hotel. Our room was amazing, and the breakfast was great in the lovely dining area. The hotel is located in the centre of town, so expect the usual city noises. We would definitely return to this hotel with no hesitation.
