Esta es nuestra segunda estancia en NH Huelva y, una vez más, todo ha sido excelente. El personal es siempre amable, atento y profesional. Quiero destacar especialmente a Diego, quien realmente va más allá para que la experiencia sea perfecta. Su trato, disposición y dedicación marcan la diferencia. Sin duda, volveremos. Como único punto a mejorar, la experiencia en el desayuno se vio afectada por la actitud de la encargada de sala el 10 de enero. No lo mencioné previamente, pero en nuestra estancia anterior, el 6 de enero, ella literalmente apagó las luces a las 10:00 a. m., justo cuando finalizaba el desayuno, lo cual resultó bastante incómodo. En esta ocasión, había una conferencia en el hotel y a muchas personas ella les indicó que el desayuno terminaba a las 10:00 a. m. Sin embargo, hubo falta de coherencia: a algunos huéspedes se les negaba la entrada, pero si alguien protestaba, entonces “no pasaba nada” y sí se les permitía entrar incluso justo a las 10:00. Yo no voy a rebajarme a ese tipo de situación, pero no me gustó esa forma inconsistente de manejarlo. Que el desayuno termine a las 10:00 no significa que también se deba presionar a los huéspedes para terminar de comer inmediatamente. También fue desagradable que, al pedir huevos revueltos con tomate, me interrumpiera con el comentario de que “ya había huevos revueltos en el buffet”. Aclaré que los quería con tomate, pero la respuesta no fue la más adecuada. No bajaré la calificación del hotel, pero sí lo señalo.

Excelente hotel con una ubicación inmejorable en pleno centro de Huelva, ideal para moverse a pie y disfrutar de la ciudad sin complicaciones. Las habitaciones son cómodas, limpias y tranquilas, perfectas tanto para viajes de trabajo como de ocio. Lo mejor, sin duda, es el personal: atentos, amables y siempre dispuestos a ayudar, marcan la diferencia y hacen que la estancia sea aún mejor. Un hotel muy recomendable por su localización y por la calidad humana de sus empleados.

Check in took 30 minutes. Staff clearly not knowledgeable enough. Togo 2 more members of staff to fix the error the first member made when adding my second guest. No coffee or hot water facilities in room.

Nice stay and in a good location close to the trains. It is a bit tired but clean and comfortable

Good base for the old town, short stop over so perfect

I stayed 2 nights and they say that the park is not available even if in the expedia web page is available

Room was a bit sparse, there’s no area to pull up to check in, onsite parking was not available. There’s a club across the street that’s open until 4 am so be mindful of that.

Very good location value of money

What was great: Clean, spacious rooms, great breakfast options, great service all around. What was not so great: It was 78-80 degrees in Huelva (in March) for the days we stayed there. The room was an oven and there was no A/C. When we contacted the reception, they told us that the A/C is only turned on in the summer months. Our only option was to open the window (to a balcony) which is nice, but on the warmer days, there were also mosquitos, as windows in this hotel don't have screens. For a 4-star hotel, I'd expect an option of A/C and Heat all year-round.

Rooms were very spacious. Free gift of water and chocolates were a very nice touch! Checkin was quick. Would stay there again Like balcony and proximity to train station and rental car!!

Staff were friendly and accommodating. Room was available for early check-in.

I stayed 1 night in this hotel. Its located very close to the railway station, and as Huelva city is not that big, it’s convenient to see all the attractions. The hotel is a bit dated from the outside, but it seems to have been upgraded inside and the room was very modern, with a great shower and a very comfy bed. I would recommend this hotel and also Huelva which is a lovely city.

Super location, so near train station and easy walk to main plaza and pedestrian shopping street. Staff very helpful and friendly. Room very spacious and excellently renovated. Every room should have a coffee machine, not just premium rooms.

Overall this was a nice hotel. Great location and nice terrace and bar (when there are staff available to order drinks that is). However this 4 star hotel misses the mark on minor details, for example: - The air conditioning in the room was weak - I was unable to access my own terrace because the door was jammed - Half the power sockets in the room didn't work - The power sockets in the bar and restaurant didn't work - I had to get a replacement key for my room twice a day as they consistently stopped working - The gym was underwhelming; the dumbell rack was only half stocked and the air conditioning didn't work Having said that, the location and the nice bar and terrace made for a nice stay

The location is excellent but the hotel itself has seen better days. The furniture in our room had a cigarette burn, the ceiling near the bathroom was beginning to sink in due to water damage, and we could feel springs through the mattress. Serviceable for a short stay but by no means luxurious.

Over all good a 9 of 10!

Good hotel, in excellent location. The rooms were large, comfortable and with all required amenities whilst being clean. The balcony lacks any furniture to sit outside to enjoy and the TV services are limited with no smart or international options for guests. I would have no hesitation staying at the hotel again. Very good stay.

Nice hotel to stay for one night or two, far from the beach if you care for , breakfast not on the level of a 4 stars hotel
