Fabulous facility and team

A lovely property with excellent staff and amenities!

Fabulous service - one would expect it to be good at such a hotel but the relaxed atmosphere and professional/friendly hospitality is exceptional.

This is a great hotel, expensive but worth it. Staff are great and both food and room was excellent. The location is perfect to see all of Vienna. Would totally recommend

Hotel Imperial is the finest hotel in Vienna. Built as a palace, it has gorgeous lobby areas and restaurants. The rooms are unusually spacious with magnificent furnishing - chandeliers, heavy draperies, large marble bathrooms. Service staff are gracious. The whole atmosphere is elegant and is designed to make visitors feel they are truly in Vienna. Unlike similar hotels (Ritz, Alamanac, etc.) this hotel retains its palatial splendor throughout. The location is also perfect - walking distance to everything - though I would have been happy to remain in the luxury of my room! This hotel remains one of the great hotels of Europe and I look forward to returning soon and often.
