The room was okay, price was a bit expensive. The shower curtain was to short, so that water leaked all over the place everytime when took a bath.

The room was good enough for a family of 4 (my kids are 7 & 8yo). A bit small if you have many luggages. There 's grab and go breakfast but not so nice. Shuttle bus was very convenient and helpful to the MTR station. Value for money.

This hotel staff was not friendly and helpful. The room is very small and not comfortable. Not convenient for drop off.

The staff was helpful. They provide handphone as mobile wifi so you don't need to rent portable wifi. It took 15 minutes walk to nearest MRT but the bus stop is in front of the hotel. You can also. Walk 3.minutes to get on tram. They also lend us an umbrella for our stay. For the room is typically Hong Kong style. Quite old and not spacious but pretty comfortable to stay with.

Because the hotel is close to the tourist attractions, so we had enough time to get around and enjoy it

The main disadvantage of the hotel is the lack of easy access to public transport. There is one tramway stop and one bus stop not far away, but the next MTR station is quite far. The hotel does have a free shuttle bus from Hong Kong Station, but if you – like us – don't catch the bus at 7:20 pm, for example, you have to wait until 8:40 pm for the next one. You may want to use public transport or a taxi instead of waiting more than an hour. Also, the bus stops at the Dorsett Hotel Wan Chai, so you have to walk about 70 meters. However, the hotel staff will help you with your luggage. Our quad room had a rather narrow double bed and two side by side single beds. There was only one TV. I don't mind that the room was small (that's to be expected in a densely populated city like Hong Kong), but the space is just badly utilized: there is only one niche to hang a few clothes which also contains the safe and the minibar. You cannot hang any full length items there such as dresses. On the other hand, there is a second bathroom containing only a toilet and a wash basin, as well as a lot of wasted space. I can see that a second bathroom would be useful if it contained a shower, but in this case, it would be better just to knock down the second bathroom's walls to create space for a clothes cabinet and maybe a sofa. The food is all right, although the selection is not very big. About one hour before breakfast ends, the staff stop replenishing the buffet, so the later you come, the less variety you will find. Both front office and housekeeping staff were courteous and very efficient. When we asked for anything, such as an extra blanket, an iron or for the room to be made up, our requests were carried out immediately.
