The resort is nice but not the best. This is my own personal opinion coming from someone who has been to other resorts

Our stay at Concorde De Luxe Resort was okay overall. The kids really enjoyed the kids club and pool, which was a highlight for our family. The food was decent with a good variety of options at the buffet. However, there were a few disappointing aspects: the floors in our guest room were sticky and didn’t feel properly cleaned, and I found a lipstick stain on a coffee cup at the breakfast buffet, which was off-putting. At check-in, we weren’t informed about our VIP access—so we have no idea what we missed out on, despite having paid for that level of service. A few improvements could make the experience much better.

We had an amazing multi generational stay. 12 of us with the oldest in our group was 80 years old, youngest 10 months and everyone had a great time. Food was really good, a theme night each night for dinner for some variety plus a lot of the same things each night too. My 3 year old had great time in the heated pool, playgrounds, and kids club. Everything was very family friendly. The front desk staff weren't very friendly or helpful, but after check-in you don't really interact with them, everyone else we interacted with was kind and so helpful. We never felt like any up sells we're pushed on us unless you were already in the spa or hairdresser. We will definitely be back.

3 of us had a fantastic 8 night stay at Concorde De Luxe in May. The staff were very friendly and could not do enough to help. The food and drink options were excellent with great variety and real quality. Our room and the facilities were all modern, clean and well maintained. Overall it offered great value for money and a truly memorable holiday.

Excellent hotel

Absolutely perfect stay! Everything about Concorde De Luxe Resort was amazing—beautiful location, clean and comfortable rooms, delicious food, and above all, the exceptional hospitality. The way we were treated made us feel truly special. Highly recommended! Especially Birsen , Ali, Mehmet and Hasan Gokce

as good as i expect

Apart from OGUZ at reception trying to overcharge us and leaving us stuck in the lobby for over an hour not knowing what is happening. The place was good and service was excellent.

Lovely location. Aiport not far, beach also close and shopping as well

Amazing staff can not thank enough few people we get to know Aysenur,Akaan,Mustafa,Cigdem,Mehinov guys I hope I spelled your names correctly my apologies in advance if I misspelled any ones name. Thses are the few but honestly all staff members are amazingly friendly and helpful. Great food breakfast lunch dinner buffet. Great outdoor pools both for kids and adults beach is amazing too. The only issue we had was hotel airconditiong and heating operates based on winter and summer. We were there end of march still heating system was on and we couldnt have airconditiong on therefore we had to open door which with all the noise it was difficult to get good night rest. We highly recommend this hotel especially if you have a big group or as couples.

Great stay. Really enjoyed our time. Nice kids club and kids pool with slides. The only issue was the chlorine in the kids pool one day was too much. They did fix this in the afternoon but we saw them check chlorine levels in the morning so not sure why it was missed. The Lara area is quite noisy as all hotels have outside theatres. One night the neighbouring hotel was blasting music until 23.30. Not the Concordes fault but just something to note about this area. Soundproofing is good but can only do so much. Food was good. Lots of choice. Rooms comfortable. Pay a bit more for a higher room with resort view room rather than city view (which faces mosque so you get woken by call the prayer) as, overall it is a quieter area.

Excellent food choices and great location.

I came with my family including two young children and the services provided was excellent. There were activities and shows throughout the day and evening to keep the children entertained. All the staff were very helpful and always had a smile on their faces. The hotel made sure we were comfortable

The food choice could be better, especially the fruit options could be improved.
