Tout prêt du métro Longueuil pour Montreal

I had a terrible experience at this hotel. My vehicle was stolen overnight from the hotel parking lot during my stay. This has caused my family significant financial loss, stress, and inconvenience. What disappointed me even more was the hotel’s attitude afterward. They showed very little concern, offered almost no assistance, and took no responsibility for helping guests deal with such a serious incident. I expected much better customer service and support. If you value the safety of your vehicle and your belongings, I would strongly recommend staying somewhere else. This was by far one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had.

Nous avons pris pour une nuit pour visiter MTL. Le métro de Longueuil est à coté. Rien à dire de négatif. Je le conseille.

Great location, if you're driving in from Ontario you can avoid driving through downtown Montreal completely which saves a lot of time and stress. From the hotel you can walk across the bridge to downtown or take the metro from the university campus around the corner. Hotel itself was clean, staff was friendly, continental breakfast was well run and useful to have before setting out for the day

Excellent location for our needs. Great staff. Spacious, modern room which included a computer. Secure building. Included parking. Very nice simple included breakfast buffet. Only thing missing was decaf coffee.

I really enjoyed my stay overall. The location is excellent, with easy access to the subway, making it convenient to get around. The lobby is modern, welcoming, and gives a great first impression. The room itself was spacious, and I was pleasantly surprised to find a computer in the room - such a unique and useful feature. The breakfast was outstanding, with plenty of options, and the coffee machine served some of the best coffee I've had at a hotel. Parking was easy, and there were multiple EV charging options available, which is a huge plus. However, there is one thing that completely spoiled the experience for me: the bathroom sliding door. I honestly don't understand who thought it was a good idea. It didn't even close properly, offering little privacy and making the bathroom uncomfortable to use. Hotels should bring back regular bathroom doors - they work for a reason. Everything else about the hotel was great, but the bathroom door is a deal-breaker for me, and it's the main reason I would hesitate to stay here again.

The room was very clean, in good shape and modern. The staff was helpful. There was ample parking and it's free. The continental breakfast was good as well. The metro station is a 10-15 minute walk which we didn't mind.
